It’s the little details that make the biggest difference.

Taking the extra time to get the shape up right can take an average haircut and make it look above average.

I like to shape up before I completely finish the fade. It gives me a clear structure to work from and makes it much easier to keep everything balanced before adding those final touches.

Just look at the difference between the start and finish of this shape up.

Small details. Big difference.

My everyday fading process..

This is the fade I use day in, day out. Nothing fancy — just a process I’ve repeated thousands of times.

I purposely leave that bottom line in until the end. It gives me a solid reference point and helps me keep the fade completely balanced before I finish it off.

Repetition is key. 🔁
