• A todos nos gusta fluir.
Pero pocos están dispuestos a trabajar el proceso que hace posible ese flow.

Las bases no siempre son lo más divertido.
Repetir, corregir, entender, volver a intentar.

• Sesiones 1 a 1
• Asesorías
• Mentorías

El flow no se copia.
Se construye. by @steelmaceflow

This is where every Rostamace Routine begins.

Place the steel mace on the ground. Find your distance. Commit to the cartwheel, and land your hands exactly where they need to be to pick up the mace in one seamless motion.

No pause. No reset. Just movement, precision, and power.

Now it’s your turn. 🔥
I want to see YOUR Cartwheel Pickup.

Record your cleanest execution and tag me. Let’s see who can make this move look the most powerful, and I’ll feature the most impressive one.

Who’s taking the challenge? 👊🏽

Each transition in Steel Mace Flow, follows a path, crossing through different landmarks.
These landmarks serve a purpose to be able to strengthen these lines and leads to beautiful, repeatable transitions.
Learning the basics is what leads to beautiful creation of movement and makes the practice that much more enjoyable.
Stay forever flowing my friends

Move with Intention. Flow with Strength. 🌀💪

Mace Flow is more than just strength training. It challenges coordination, mobility, stability, and body awareness—all while building real-world strength through movement.

Train movement, not just muscles.
