An evening brimming with excitement, encounters and exquisite flavours kicked off the 20th edition of S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino.

A hidden gem on our hotel grounds.

Our flourishing garden is home to herbs, fruits, berries, vegetables and our own beehives. Throughout the season, our chefs carefully harvest its freshest ingredients, bringing the flavours of the garden into many of the dishes and drinks served across the hotel.
