Femme fatale season 2026, here we come 💃

Looking to experience training like a pro from the ground up? Well, now is your time! 💗

Hearing these testimonials brings me to tears and also fills my heart because this program is very near & dear to me.

Having the privilege of being able to hold a space for women to explore their femininity and movement and watch them grow, connect & evolve safely in their adulthood both physically and spiritually is nothing short of beautiful.

And after two years of officially developing this program, we’re finally evolving! 😱

When I built Femme Fatale, it was never meant to be about heels. ⬇️

Heels was the entry way, but technical training and movement therapy has become the house.

It’s always been about learning how to move through the world *grounded*. Strengthening your body awareness, technique, and acquiring the kind of confidence that doesn’t just stay on the dance floor.

It’s a program that influences how you carry yourself in your work life, your dating life, and how you hold yourself in every room. And it’s built inside a room where women are actually rooting for each other, not competing.

It’s crazy to think that after 5 seasons, this program is only just getting started, and there’s still so much to unfold.

If you’ve ever been curious to step on or return back to the dance floor, dive into a deeper understanding of your foundational movement or strengthen your divine feminine, this summer is your chance.

The Art of Femme series was curated to let those curious try out a workshop without committing to a full 12 week series, and allow us to peel back each layer with deeper intention.

Give yourself a chance to step out of your comfort zone. Try something new. Evolve in a way you haven’t before, and most importantly, come grow a new relationship here on the dance floor. 💃

As my lengthy page shows, I’m not one to post much, but if anyone deserves me taking the time to do so, it’s you. Among the many things you’ve taught me, time is the most precious gift you can give someone.

As I write this, I replay life from January 31st to this very moment. As a matter of fact, let me correct myself—I start to replay life in general and contemplate how flawless God’s plans are. Have you ever stopped to think about how many moving parts had to align for us to even meet? Exactly. Therefore, it makes all the sense in the world to thank Him every day for bringing us together.

Loving you has been the most amazing and challenging thing I’ve ever experienced because, in order to do it right, I’ve had to hold up a mirror and face the one thing we all run away from: ourselves. With all our flaws, all our bad behaviours, all our baggage, all our traumas. It’s not an easy thing to admit, “Yeah… you’re not perfect the way you are.” And in that moment, you have a choice: either run and keep moving through life the same way, or stay and improve. Some might say those are the easy and the hard paths, and oh… how grateful I am to have chosen the second one.

You’ve shown me that real love is not only about finding someone who completes you. It’s about finding yourself, and someone who inspires you to become the person God always intended you to be—not out of obligation, but because becoming that person is the greatest gift you can offer the one you love.

I truly believe every person we meet has a purpose. Some arrive to teach us lessons. Some prepare us for what’s ahead. Some simply pass through. And then, if you are lucky, someone arrives who changes the direction of your life without even trying.

You are that person for me.

This winter, a seed was planted in my life — one I had been quietly praying for over many years.

A relationship, and a partner, who makes me feel whole, understood, and still allows me to be my goofy, creative self… while loving me for all the quirks that come with it.

The truth is, over the past few years, I became so focused on my career that I stopped prioritizing love. Somewhere along the way, I tied my self-worth to my success — and for a long time, I didn’t believe I deserved it, pushing people away without even realizing it..

But over the last two years, I started doing the work. Praying. Realigning. Becoming the kind of person I hoped to meet — and trusting that, in time, the right person would come.

And then, on January 31st, everything changed.
A first date that came from me caving and entertaining a dating app one night while watching Love Is Blind… and well, here we are.

A date that reminded me chivalry is NOT dead — that there are still people out there who will see you, choose you, and love you fully, exactly as you are.

Over the winter, I chose to keep this part of my life private — to nurture it, protect it, and let it grow without the noise.

But as spring arrives — a season of blooming — I felt ready to share something that has become so dear to me.

This man has quite literally swept me off my feet… not just through grand gestures, but through the quiet, consistent ways he shows up every day — leading with care, supporting my dreams, and bringing out both my softness and my strength (while somehow matching my weird right back).

He’s reminded me that masculinity, in its most beautiful form, holds space for both leadership and gentleness — and that it’s in the little things where love is felt most.

God’s plans truly work in its own divine timing, and I am deeply grateful every day that it did.

Your standards are not too high.
Chivalry is not dead.
Love does exist for you — in the exact way you need it.

Just be patient, do the self work & trust God’s timing - he knows you better than you think. ✨

Here’s to a season of letting love bloom. 🌸

Quiet seasons build dangerous confidence. 🥂

There’s something incredibly special I hold dear about the Femme Fatale series I’ve been hosting with these women at @blueheeldancestudio . This space has never been just about learning moves or “feeling sexy.” It’s about reconnecting with your sensuality, your confidence, and the power of expression through movement.

I don’t often share full excerpts of my choreography because I like to keep parts of my creative process close — but this one felt worth sharing.

This chairography piece was a special Galentine’s Day workshop I dropped for the group: movement designed not only to dance for yourself, but to imagine dancing for someone else too. There’s something incredibly empowering about knowing you can entice with confidence.

One thing I’ve loved witnessing through this program is that the women in the room span all stages of life — from their 20s through their 40s and beyond. Dance is often framed as something reserved for childhood or young professionals, but the truth is every woman craves the same thing: to feel comfortable in her body, confident in her presence, and free in her expression.

As many of these women know, it’s never about being perfect. It’s about rising to the challenge, breaking the belief that age defines what your body can do, and discovering that your body is capable of more than you ever imagined.
