Meet @itsmictee
Mic wanted to join the choreo challenge as well, but he's never done latin fusion before. With the help of @stefanieeby , she whipped him into shape real fast. Can Mic's hips move the way its supposed to? Will he be able to stomp it out? Did Mic say bye to management role and embrace the backup dancer lifestyle? You just gotta keep watching....go show Mic some love in the comments and you never know, he might dance it out on August 16th at The Sunflower Sessions and we can truly see if his hips don't lie like Shakira

Behind the scenes with the wonderful @stefanieeby and crew! Learning this choereo was so much fun. Don't worry, if you want to learn it, there will be separate videos of both choereos for your reference. In the meantime, go stream Good Enough on all streaming platforms

Is my hair all over my face? Yes. Was it still a fun time? Also yes. If you haven't already, go show Stefanie some love, and stream Good Enough wherever you listen to music. Try out this choreo or the other one and tag me in it!

Back in the gym, back in my element ✨

Today wasn’t about perfection. It was about presence.
Moving through @movementartsacademy program, freestyling, stretching, creating… letting my body speak what words sometimes can’t.

Because movement is medicine.
Not just for the body, but for the emotions we carry, the weight we don’t always see.

I don’t run from what I feel anymore… I move through it.
And dance? That’s my language for healing.

This song says “I only see my goals, I don’t believe in failure” and that line hit deep today. Not as pressure, but as intention. As a reminder that every step, every stumble, every stretch forward counts.

Today is a good day.
And I’m choosing to keep showing up like this.

Have you moved your body today?

Throwback to my favourite throwback party!!!!
1 year ago I assembled the squad, threw in our best 90’s inspired fits and made our way to Toronto’s legendary Renaissance All 90’s party at @revivaleventvenue !! That night I rocked a very rare throwback set (I literally do this once a year) full of my favourite classic House, Dancehall, Soca, R&B, Hip Hop Grunge & more….it was EPIC!!

And tonight is the night that I do it all over again!!!!
This show is completely SOLD OUT….but….if you don’t have tickets yet we’ve released a VERY LIMITED amount of tix at the door. We open at 9:30pm so if you want to grab one of those I implore you to be there at 9:30 SHARP!!!! There’s literally only a few and they will go fast!!

See you tonight Toronto!! 💜

P.S. if you’re not in Toronto and/or can’t get a ticket, tap into my private group chat cuz I’m taking you with me virtually! DM me and I’ll send you the link 😉

Some songs carry a memory in their rhythm. 🎶

When I first started exploring heels, “Confident” by Demi Lovato was the song I’d play at home while practicing my walks. Just me, the music, and the mission to feel a little bolder in my body each time.

Fast forward to today.
Back in the studio, picking back up at week 9 of my @movementartsacademy training after a little hiatus during show prep.

I hit play for my across-the-floor breakdown… and guess what song came on... Yup, Confident.
Full circle moment. 🔁

Back then I was building the confidence.
Today I got to dance inside of it.

One note from the training that really stayed with me today: Don’t focus on perfection. Add your own flair.
So that’s exactly what I did.

Turned the music up, let the walks flow, and enjoyed the process.

Here’s what it looked like today. 💃🏽

Excited to keep moving through this next chapter of training.
