Hi! If you don’t know us, we’re @stefankam and @wndywang , two food-obsessed foreigners from Europe who truly believe the best things in life happen around a good meal.
For us, it all started with dinner. 🍷  Our first date? Dinner. Our favorite memories? Always around a table.  That unforgettable trip to Lisbon that turned our food world upside down? You guessed it: dinner. 
When we moved to Singapore, making new friends wasn’t as easy as we hoped (apparently adulthood skips the welcome party).

So, we played to our strengths and tempted people with really good food.  Somewhere between dessert and bottle number two, we realized this was way bigger than just a meal. We weren’t just feeding people, we were building friendships. 
That’s how The Dinner Club was born. These days, we’re all about hosting intimate supper clubs, private dining experiences, and creative R&D dinners.
 We love cooking up fun collaborations with other amazing people in food, from Singapore to cities around the world. 
This isn’t a fancy restaurant or a velvet rope club, it’s a space where incredible food, great people, and wild ideas come together.

If you’ve ever bonded over pasta or fallen for someone over a glass of wine, you’ll fit right in. 🍝💫

a year ago we quit our jobs to host dinner parties for strangers. we heard it too. this weekend grand hyatt flew us to kuala lumpur to host our biggest one yet.

Who would’ve thought a long table of total strangers could end up feeling like an old friends’ reunion by course two? 🤪 🍽️ 🥂

If you know me, you know I live for memorable & delicious dining experiences! 😍 Andddd Chef Stefan Kam (@thedinnerclub.sg) absolutely brought the magic to the #Poolhouse at @grandhyattkualalumpur 🏖️ 👨‍🍳 ✨

Raised in Amsterdam and trained in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Chef Stefan traded white tablecloths for a single, long communal table — where you’d sit down with strangers and leave as friends 🤗 .

And can we talk about the food? 🤤 Grand Hyatt actually has an indoor garden and an urban farm (Weeds & More) growing exclusive produce just for them!

Chef Stefan and Chef Ho Jun Yip turned that secret harvest into a fantastic 10-course tasting menu:

How we miss Aix-en-Provence.

Months later, we still can’t stop thinking about this summer. Mornings at the market with Stefan filling a bag with tomatoes and herbs (he called it research). Long lunches in golden streets. Lavender as far as you could see. Wine bars where nobody checked the time.
