Last call for Tulum 🌴✨ Our last trip to Mexico together, and it’s a good one. Seven days of swimming in sacred cenotes, wandering Mayan ruins, breathwork under open skies, yoga, and the kind of rest you forgot you needed. 🐢🌿 And yes… there’s a dinner where we dance on the tables. 💃🔥 (You’ll see.) This retreat is equal parts play and restoration. Deep practice by day, full-body joy by night. You’ll try different practices, notice what feels like home, and come back more awake to your own life. 📅 Nov 16–22, 2026 🌊 Breathwork • Yoga • Cenotes • Ruins • Table dancing We leave in less than 3 weeks. If your body just said yes, say you’ll be there!! 👉 DM us or tap the link in bio to grab your spot. #TulumRetreat #BreathworkRetreat #YogaRetreat #FlowGTX #PlayAndRestore by @steff_whitston

I love my family, we are so cute together. 🌻 We are all growing together, finding ways to drop into abundance & joy, to feel better, to evolve and upgrade. I giggle looking at the versions of Steve and I now - 10 years ago I wouldn’t have seen it. But here we are, so in love with each other and just as much with life. Got to the ocean before summer is over & it was incredible! Go to the beach & swim like a mermaid before it’s too late!! 🐠 by @steff_whitston
Flew to North Carolina with my bestie to the Ram Dass Legacy Mountain Retreat ✈️ Krishna Das, David Nichtern, Nina Rao, Acharya Shunya were all so inspiring & John Pattern live was amazing!! I am home & refreshed and so grateful!! by @steff_whitston
There is something incredibly healing about being witnessed, supported, and guided through processing life instead of carrying everything alone. 💓 Our Deep Release Breathwork Journeys are intentionally grounding, safe, and deeply nurturing. So many of us are walking around overstimulated, disconnected from ourselves, exhausted, anxious, emotionally shut down…trying to think our way back into feeling okay. 🌻 Breathwork works differently. Instead of only talking about what’s stored inside, we create space for the body to process it. The breath becomes a bridge between the mind, body, and nervous system. 🌻 You leave feeling lighter, deeply connected to your truth, more open hearted & present. ✨ Join us monthly for our Deep Release Breath work Journey! ✨ —> THIS Thursday 8/20 @ 10:30 am <— ✨ Photo Credit: @katandlight 📸 by @steff_whitston
In 5 days both my girls will be back in public school as 7th & 10th graders 🥹 We pulled them out of public school in 2020 bc it felt right. We listened to our gut that urged us to give them space & unlimited time to be kids, to explore, to have choices & to put their energy & time into shit they actually care and are interested in. It was so fucking worth it!!! The time we spent together, the adventures we went on, the amount of art supplies, books we read together, the amount of cookies we baked, all the mornings we slept in, the late nights of movies & board games, random road trips & traveling the world, the bond these sisters have created with each other 🥹 exploring their interests & identities, the arguments & so many moments of driving each other insane. It was all so worth it. I am so grateful I got the opportunity to have my kids close to me, to give them the space to just be in their own experience. I know not everyone gets that. Now they’ve advocated for themselves to have the opportunity of a new experience, new challenges & adventures that are more seperate from me. I’m so proud of them & so excited for them to have their space to try on new hats & have moments that are their own. It feels like they are moving out, I’m such a drama queen. I just love them so much as we all love our kids & want to keep them small forever and so close to us. How did we get here?!? by @steff_whitston
