Thank you for allowing me to become a teacher, a leader, and a friend. Thank you
for giving me experiences and opportunities that will stay with me forever, and for allowing me one more year to serve the organization that has shaped me.

Thank you for teaching me to take the shot, to be the good, to embrace the moments worth a thousand words, to find my people, to take control, and to get uncomfortable. Thank you for giving me teammates who have become family.

Thank you to amazing state staff for allowing us to grow and learn within this organization, and for giving us so many opportunities for success.

Thank you to my family, for embracing this journey with me. While at times it wasn’t easy, you were with me through every single moment.

Thank you to so many friends, both old and new. I never could have imagined that I would form so many precious relationships in such a short amount of time, all while strengthening the bonds between friends that watched the beginning to the end of this experience. I am grateful for each and every one of you.

Thank you to my teammates, for being my very best friends. This year was incredible, and that is thanks to the five of you. The time we spent in the blue jacket together is time that I look back on with so much love.

What a year. As I reflect on my time as a state officer I feel an overwhelming feeling of gratitude. With so many things to say “thank you” for, this post could never end. This truly has been the experience of a lifetime. Thank you for becoming a piece of me, and for letting me become a small piece of you. Thank you for embracing me.

Estella,
You have been such a light on our team this year. You are smart, dedicated, and impactful. Every member you interacted with this year was left feeling seen and valued. Thank you for being someone that we can turn to. You are always there ready to listen and lend a helping hand. You have a heart for service, a passion for leadership, and a drive that inspires everyone around you. We embraced the journey, side by side. More than a team, now family-tied.

It is hard to explain all that this week meant to me. It was one of the most stressful but most rewarding I have ever experienced. That being said, I am so honored and proud to say that I will be representing Utah FFA as the 2024-2025 State Vice President! It only feels right to express my thanks.

To my incredible support system,
I will never be able to say thank you enough to all of the friends, family, advisors, and mentors that have helped me along this journey. I would not be in this position without you all, and I owe each and every one of you the world. You have made me the person that I am.

To the twenty-four other candidates,
Thank you for becoming my best friends. Each one of you has made an impact on me in so many ways, even in the short time we spent together. I will never forget our days in the holding room. I miss them already.

To my family,
You deserve the world. It is one of my greatest joys to be apart of the family that I am. You have supported me through every phase and interest, and believed in me when very few did. There are no other people I would rather do life with. I love you all.

To my friends,
You guys are troopers! From long nights of me stressing to a panicked text in the middle of the day, you have all calmed me down and made me believe that I was capable, and that I was worthy of this opportunity. You gave me a confidence boost I never knew I needed, whenever I needed it most.

To Brynlee, Braxten, Lily, Jaxon, and Jocelyn,
I cannot wait for this year with you five. It is an honor and a privilege to be on a team with individuals who have already impacted me in so many ways. I am looking forward to the time we will spend together and the memories we will make!

“I’m only 17, I don’t know anything but I know I miss you”

Taylor Swift was an absolute dream, and I miss it😭. Thank you mom for taking me! Some things to note:

•My childhood was fulfilled listening to You Belong With Me
•I’ll never listen to illicit affairs the same again
•All of my videos were ruined by my scream singing (thank you to my mother for getting good ones)
•Our mission for the blue crewneck was successful
•Getting Our Song as a surprise song was life-altering. I ruined my voice screaming it
•I definitely cried a few times
•The guy sitting next to us admitted right before betty that his name was James. He was pretty cool though so we will let it slide
•It was one of the best experiences ever! This list could go on forever taken in SoFi Stadium by @stell.cook

Just like that we are done! This year I was able to receive a filly from the AQHA to work with, and it’s been a wild ride for me and my Moonshine🌙 We’ve learned so much, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I can’t wait to see what we will continue to do! by @stell.cook

pretty good day for my sweet grays!! miss lady won poles with a PR, even though her dumb jockey got her reins flipped over her head🤦🏼‍♀️ and good ol joe took 1st in barrels on his first run back from being hurt! so proud of my horses and i’m so lucky that i get the opportunity to ride them🤍 also big thanks to bestie kayt and father trev for videoing!! by @stell.cook
