POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Been a while since I revisited my mission statement. The more I create and evolve, the more in tune with my beliefs I become. Lately, I’ve been slipping messages inside my purchased journals just to share how meaningful they are to me. Journaling and storytelling can be such a personal process - and I feel very fortunate to be able to play a teeny part of it when I make a journal for you or inspire you on IG and YT. So, thank you.

I think I need to step away from the half-started-half-finished projects from the weekend. But I just keep hearing “one more stitch”

Tired of my needles being everywhere but yet I can never find the one I want. Made with nothing but scraps!

My journals of late. Mix of papers and textiles and stitches and glue. All of which are upcycled - rescued from thrift stores, estate sales, and random happenstances.
November 1st, I’m leading a workshop @bluebirdstudio_artfulplay to on how I piece together stories with a lovely menagerie of goodies. No stitching skills needed. All supplies (goodies) supplied by me. I’d love to spend the afternoon with you. 🧵 🩵 🍂 taken in Peculiar, Missouri by @stellarjstudios

It’s so steamy that my paint won’t dry. However I’m loving the colors I’m playing with today. taken in Peculiar, Missouri by @stellarjstudios
