What an incredible conversation with Lacey Singleton about her upcoming wellness experience, Beyond The Burnout — a powerful event created to help professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives reconnect with themselves beyond the pressure to constantly perform.

From discussing burnout and balance to creating intentional spaces for community, movement, and meaningful conversations, this interview was both inspiring and necessary.

At American Association of Blacks in Energy, we proudly support members who are entrepreneurs, visionaries, and leaders creating impact in our communities. Conversations like this remind us why we need more people willing to step out, build, lead, and create spaces that truly serve others — more leaders like Lacey.

As an engineer, entrepreneur, and woman constantly trying to balance ambition, creativity, and wellness… I’ve learned that burnout should not be the price of success. 🤍

That’s exactly why I created Beyond the Burnout a space for those who need to recharge, connect, and have honest conversations about what sustainable success looks like.
