Beyond the Burnout was truly one for the books! Being surrounded by creators, entrepreneurs, and visionaries felt like home, and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to be in a room filled with such inspiring people.

Hearing from @jalamashay , @itskendallfrfr , @pottiebabiee , @itsterrywilliams , and @robelyemaneofficial was incredibly insightful. Every conversation was honest, authentic, and full of gems😉

Huge thank you to @htx.lace for creating such an intentional space and hosting an amazing event. Looking forward to the next one!

STEMS Beyond Beauty’s Beyond the Burnout event was a reminder that ambition and rest can coexist. 🤍

As a zillennial, I think a lot of us were raised in hustle culture and normalized constantly being drained. So being in a room full of ambitious people openly talking about burnout, wellness, balance, and purpose felt refreshing.

Needed this more than I realized.

So proud of my line sister Lacey for creating such an intentional space ✨ @stemsbeyondbeauty @htx.lace

Big thank you to STEMS Beyond Beauty for having me come out and bring the energy with Cardio with Court 💚✨

Sometimes moving your body is the reset you need to avoid burnout, clear your mind, and pour back into yourself. And the best part is, it can be fun too. In the middle of busy schedules and everyday life, choosing joy, movement, and community matters.

So grateful for every person that danced, sweated, laughed, and kept moving with me. The vibes were unmatched 🤍👟

What an incredible conversation with Lacey Singleton about her upcoming wellness experience, Beyond The Burnout — a powerful event created to help professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives reconnect with themselves beyond the pressure to constantly perform.

From discussing burnout and balance to creating intentional spaces for community, movement, and meaningful conversations, this interview was both inspiring and necessary.

At American Association of Blacks in Energy, we proudly support members who are entrepreneurs, visionaries, and leaders creating impact in our communities. Conversations like this remind us why we need more people willing to step out, build, lead, and create spaces that truly serve others — more leaders like Lacey.

If you missed the live conversation, make sure you tap in and support this amazing event happening May 23rd - 11-2PM at Sunset Rooftop Lounge in Houston!
