Happy Birthday DQ🕊️✨

You are someone I always look up to both behind the bar but more importantly as a person. You are the reason I ever stepped behind a bar & got into bartending. I would always watch you in absolute awe, wishing I could do what you did. Thank you for patiently teaching me & showing me the coolest tricks.

When I lost my job, you were the first person to give me a call giving me random tasks just to make sure I stayed busy and working. You were always looking out for me!

But as much as I admired you, my absolute favorite thing to do was push your buttons. Knowing what a die-hard Giants fan you are, I made it my personal mission to show up in an Eagles or Cowboys jersey just to mess with you. Even though you’d roll your eyes, it was always all fun and love.

More than anything, I miss your smile and the incredible person you are. I hope with all my heart that you are at peace.

To honor you, we just completed a 6.14 km run/walk. I haven’t ran in probably 10 years and honestly didn’t think I could do it, but thinking of you got me through

I love you so much D❤️ by @steph_mccomas
