More of my 2024 recap...
Included a video where I fumbled a bit and actually stopped for a few beats but jump right back in as a reminder that it's just class and shit happens. It's also reminder that class energy is still very important bc the support from our peers is the little push we need to continue to grow 🙏🏼

Here are the few classes I took with @esosaoviasu

I had videos from other classes, but just felt like I could have done better

Anyways, Esosa is something really special. I remember during the years of covid, I pushed to myself to take him consistently and I'm so glad I did. His choreo always has me mentally overstimulated in the best way possible. He's allowed me to view the connection between movement and musicality in such a way that's outside the norm.

Miss taking your class - hopefully, I get in there soon. It's been way too long 😅

Continuing my 2024 Recap with @youran_lee

Told myself to take her class more often and now she's literally one of my faves

She just makes such interesting musicality choices that just resonate with me so well

These videos actually work backwards throughout the year

1. Roc Steady - Megan Thee Stallion ft. Flo Milli
2. Promiscuous - Nelly Furtado ft. Timbaland
3. It's ok I'm ok - Tate McRae
4. Truth or Dare - Tyla

Attempting to revive my IG...

Last year, I had planned to do a 2024 recap, but went thru an unexpected loss at the end of the year 💔

I just wanted to log my progress/celebrate my small wins since 2024 was such a successful transitional period for me. I had set out to be more physically active outside of dance, make better food choices, and be more consistent with my doctor appts bc 30s 🙃

Anyways, starting my recap with my fav person @taydancez

This is March to November 2024 of me trying to figure out my life 😅

1. Wanna Come Thru - Coi Leray/Mike WiLL Made-It
2. Easy - LE SSERAFIM
3. Boy is Mine - Ariana Grande
4. Grillz - Nelly ft. Paul Wall, Ali & Gipp
5. Feel a Way - Amaarae ft. Princess Adjua & Moliy
6. Kehlani (Remix) - Jordan Adetunji ft. Kehlani
7. Run It (DJ Tasos Remix) - 50 Cent ft. Ludacris & Chris Brown
8. Be Your Girl (Kaytranada Edition) - Teedra Moses
9. Wickedest - Tems
10. Back to You - Tyla

I don't even know where to start...

When you're going thru life, you don't really think about when a loved one will pass away unless they've fallen ill. It's definitely something I didn't think about, especially when my dad had such a strong spirit even when he wasn't at his best. And when that day finally comes, time doesn't stand still... it's more like you want it to stand still. To take a beat, to be in the moment, to let reality sink in...

Reality has really sunk on this New Year's Day and I've run out of words to say... I'm just really really sad that it physically hurts 😓

But from the very bottom of my heart, I want to thank everyone who have sent their love, condolences, and donations thus far.

Someone suggested I share my gofundme as a post so that others can share, so here it is. If you would like to donate, know that no amount is too small. Every single donation would mean the world to me and my family. Whether or not you donate, please do share. The link will be in my bio.

Thank you all in advance for your kindness and generosity. May you all have a blessed New Year's Day and greet your loved ones to let them know you're thinking of them bc time waits for no one, so don't take it for granted. taken in New York, New York by @steph_yourgameup

It was a whole vibe but we were put to work in Tay's class last night at @pmthouseofdance 🙌🏼🥵

I feel myself enjoying dance a lot more lately and just having a good time 🤗

Slide 1 - Liked my execution a little better, def a lot more relaxed
Slide 2 (sound up for the class love) - Tay made me go solo, hence me a bit more hyped from being anxious but still loved this run just bc of the class's energy 🙏🏼🙏🏼 I appreciate you guys, your support means so much!!

Thank you Tay for always being there for all my dance ups and downs. I'm so proud that you've decided to teach again and excited to experience your journey with you ❤️❤️

How I spent my Super Bowl Sunday this year and I wouldn't have it any other way ☺️

Thank Youran for having me, always testing my ankles with your spins on these marley floors 🙏🏼😭

Also got the chance to dance next to one of my favorite movers @janolibres for the first time 🤗
Peep his "goong, goong-goong" on the slow down 😅
