History made. 🏆

Our team stepped onto the mats at the 2026 IBJJF Brasileiro Championships and delivered in a way that will be remembered for a long time—1 Gold, 2 Bronze.

But this is bigger than medals.

This was the first time we’ve ever taken a team to Brazil—the birthplace of Jiu-Jitsu. First ones to go. First ones to test themselves on that stage. And they didn’t just show up… they proved they belong.

I’m proud of these men not just for winning, but for the courage it took to go first. To step into the unknown. To represent something bigger than themselves. That’s leadership. That’s what it means to sharpen your sword.

Understand this—being first is never easy. There’s no blueprint, no guarantees. But by stepping up, they’ve paved the road for everyone coming behind them. They’ve raised the standard. They’ve shown what’s possible.

Now the expectation is different.

This is how legacies are built—not in comfort, but in challenge.

To the team: enjoy this moment, you earned it. But remember… this is just the beginning.

We don’t stop here. We build on it. We keep moving forward.

Sharpen Your Sword ⚔️

I ain’t the only one leveling up around here! It’s so cool to watch them grow and get so much stronger and better at Jiu Jitsu. They have so much fun doing it. I am so grateful we get to do it together. taken in Border Martial Arts Academy by @stephan_wolfe
