Somewhere between the stage and the classroom,
30,000 feet and my own two feet,
being the student and becoming the professor,
medicine journeys and homework deadlines,
dreams I’ve carried for years and a life I’m learning how to hold…

I found myself.

Not a new or better version of me.

Just more… ME.

The woman who flew solo across the country, stood on a national stage, and became an IFBB Pro.
The woman who sits beside others in their healing while still exploring her own.
The woman who teaches, learns, leads, questions, cries, celebrates, gets overwhelmed, and keeps fucking going.

In the middle of it all, I got to witness the woman I’ve become.

All of her, all of me.

I have arrived ✨

If you ever wonder how I do it all… it’s because I have @jjbernau by my side holding and building this beautiful life with me.

A life of adventures, growth, laughter, and little moments of love stacked brick by brick to build the foundation of our life.

From grad school, competing and holistic nursing, I wouldn’t be here, living my wildest dreams if I didn’t have his love and support. He’s seen me fall and fail a million times, but never stops believing in me.

I was on the fence about coming to Pittsburgh, he sat with me and said- you’ll regret it if you don’t go see what happens. (He knows me so well.) 30 min later we had everything arranged and now I’m here!

I hope I make you proud in Pittsburgh baby 🫶🏼🫶🏼 by @stephaniebernau

Dear @happyhandstand

You saw me at my lowest, the version of me that was broken open and re-writing life for myself back in 2021.

You have never stopped encouraging me to show up for myself and my dreams. First as a friend and now as my coach too.

Having you in my corner cheering for me, pushing me, and guiding me through this fit model dream has been f*cking magical!

Thank you for always knowing how to coach the wild card without ever asking me to be anything less.

Now let’s go see what we can do in Pittsburgh. 💕
