My little ghost cat arrived! It's so adorable. There's a little shop in York that sells ghost cats in different designs. I bought my first ghost cat from there. They also have an Etsy store, where I bought this little one. York has a history with cats and there are cat statues hidden around the city. I need to go back to adopt a few of these cute little spooky felines. I've called this one Artemis. by @stephanielrocks

This old photo taken exactly 4 years ago with Johannes Skyblazer at Quest Fest at the Asylum in Birmingham. One of nicest people I know! I started coming back up more frequently at this point. It was also my first Quest Fest and it was fun. Johannes was playing with Symphonity. It was also my first time seeing Sellsword, Battle Born and Fellowship! by @stephanielrocks

Next week, I complete my counselling sessions. Not many people know about this. Yeah, I was depressed. I took the brave step and decided to have sessions. It has been a positive experience. I didn't realise I was in survival and autopilot mode for the past couple of years. I'm starting to treat myself like a best friend now and more aware of self worth (I never thought I was good enough). I'm also focusing on the small steps as they make all the difference. You get to enjoy being in the moment. This is the book I've been using during the sessions and it's full of positive things. If anyone needs to talk, I'm always here to listen. by @stephanielrocks

I can actually say it now! Quest Fest is next week! It's going to be amazing weekend of bands playing, tabletop and console gaming and seeing lovely faces. There's also a warm up and aftershow party at The Giffard Arms. Hope I get to catch up with a lot of you at the weekend. I'm also helping out at the festival too! 😄 by @stephanielrocks

This gig was EPIC! I Prevail were fantastic headliners. Would I watch them again? Hell yes! They even played their Taylor Swift cover too! Polaris were amazing. It was good to see them again. I enjoy Australian metalcore bands. It was emotional to hear them perform 'Without You', which was dedicated to Ryan Siew (their lead guitarist who passed away). Gore were a good opening support act too! This gig was worth the wait! 😄 taken in O2 Academy Birmingham by @stephanielrocks

Had to dress practically for I Prevail and Polaris. There's going to be quite a few mosh pits and crowdsurfing. So the vans have to be worn. I'm so excited. This gig is actually my Christmas present from last year. I've been waiting nearly a year for this gig! by @stephanielrocks

Congratulations on the album release, Johannes! This album is stunning! It's wonderful that quite a few familiar and talented faces feature on this album. I've enjoyed it! Highly recommend it😄 by @stephanielrocks

Today, the Epic Powersymphonic group chat expanded to 30 members. I can't believe how much this wonderful family has grown and we are adding more. It was a tiny group chat created so no one had to go to a festival alone. We had our first meet up at the Raven Tavern in 2024 and now we are meeting up at Epic Fest, Quest Fest, Bloodstock, gigs and having days out together. We support each other and chat nearly every day. I got quite emotional as I didn't think it would grow so much. We also have people who aren't in the chat but join the family for events. How amazing is that? by @stephanielrocks

So excited about I Prevail and Polaris at the Birmingham O2 Academy tomorrow. I'm mainly going for Polaris but I'm looking forward to seeing all the bands. I saw Polaris at Download last year and they were fantastic. It's going to be an amazing gig! 😄 by @stephanielrocks
