Vulnerable moment incoming 🫣 Having ADHD in academia means your work process rarely looks “normal,” you make more mistakes than you’d like to admit, and you carry a LOT of guilt for things that feel out of your control. There are days I genuinely wonder how I’ve made it this far, especially after hearing comments about my motivation coming in waves or my focus dipping 🫠

But here’s what I’m learning: those same parts of me that feel messy or “too much” are also the reasons I’ve been able to dream big, get creative, and keep going. I’m trying to be kinder to myself as I figure this all out, and maybe if you’re reading this, you’re learning to do the same too 😌
