I live here!

I live in Paris, and I promise I will never, ever get over it.

This was my dream since I was 28 years old.

And you know what?

It looks nothing like I thought it would.

It's actually better in ways I could have never imagined.

So if you're still sitting on a dream, trust it.

It's not too late.

There's never a right time.

There's only right now.

Life Lately ☆ 6 years ago, on this very day, right before the pandemic struck, I naively shared my story of living with #lymphangioleiomyomatosis for the 1st time.

My intention had been soley to raise awareness in honor of Rare Disease Day. I had no idea at the time the decision would become a catalyst for serving the LAM community and the brave women within it.

You see, for me it used to be something I hid. Something I was ashamed of, because in addition to the scary, it made me feel less than. How could anyone take me seriously if they knew that my lungs—my vitality—were, well, suboptimal to put in mildly.

But it turns out speaking my truth—shining a spotlight on the darkest corners of my life—the ones I’d kept hidden out of fear turned into the biggest plot twist I never saw coming.

It thrust me into a space of speaking publicly, initially at the Laugh Out LAM Gala, an extraordinary event raising over a half a million dollars exclusively for curative research.

It became the direct connection to scores of ladies inspired by my optimism, transformation and approach to living life after a diagnosis of “LAM.”

By 2023, I felt called to create a safe space to connect women around the world—like me—who encountered this diagnosis.

A place to be seen, heard and empowered to keep living a beautiful life, despite what google says.

To date, I've had the priviledge of playing quarterback to this community of women from Paris, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Budapest, Toronto, Saskatchewan, New York City, Philadelphia, Florida, North Dakota, Texas and more.

Here we are held in a knowing that needs no words.

We support one another to be our own best advocate within health systems operating with very limited research.

We breathe together.

We cry together.

We laugh together.

MOST importantly we cheer each other on to continue to seize all the opportunities available. To continue to create a life that lights us up inside—even in the hard. Especially in the most daunting moments of our lives.

Today, February 28, 2026 is #RareDiseaseDay and this is my love letter to all the corageous women living with LAM. I see you. I am you. I love you.

My Golden Birthday: August 21st!

I’m still in awe of how blessed I am to have created new life-time friendships at this stage of my life. I had the pleasure of meeting each of these incredibly inspiring women living in various regions of France over the past 5 years.
