Not every race is a PB and progress isn’t Iinear. With the heat wave happening in LA right now, I knew this wasn’t going to be my best race 😅 by the time I finished it was nearly 85 degrees. Still got out there and had a blast though!

Finished with gas left in the tank and ready for the next one! Nike ADT 13.1 coming up!!

I was previewing the Nike after dark course this weekend and saw there was a popup. I had no idea they were doing this! I stopped by after my run and ended up getting a free pair of Nike Vomeros!? Can’t WAIT to try these while I’m training!

Shout out to @dickssportinggoods @nikerunning !!

You never know what you’re capable of until you try! Running has completely changed my life and shown me that we CAN do hard things. I know if I can run a marathon, I can literally get through anything life has to throw at me 💛

NYC Marathon 🍎 part 2
My biggest accomplishment of 2025! I was all smiles for 26.2 miles. If felt like the true marathon was the training leading up to this day. The race is just the celebration! I ended up with a 25 min PB on a super challenging course 💪 and truly cannot wait for the next one because I’m not stopping there!

It was such an incredible experience getting to run through my favorite city in the world. There nothing like the New York energy ⚡️ I couldn’t believe how many people came out to support the runners! There were points of the course where it just felt like a party with my friends 🥳 and I didn’t even realize I was running.

And a huge shoutout to @runyourlife_ for getting me there 🫶 I never hit a wall which is a huge testament to the work we’ve been putting in and nutrition!! Truly couldn’t have done this without her support!

NYC Marathon 🍎 part 1
Truly a surreal experience running my first world major! I picked up my bib and it suddenly felt real. The weeks of training, countless runs, and so many emotions all leading up to this one moment.

Day 1 at the expo featuring:
Finding my name on the massive wall of runners
A panel with Katherine Switzer!
Carb load from @shokzusa & @popupbagels 🥯
Laying out my race kit for the 3rd time
Customizing a sweatshirt with @nikerunning

I’m still truly in disbelief at my progress over the past year and a half! I set a 25 min PB at the NYC Marathon and still had gas left in the tank 🍎🗽

I took a big break from running after college and getting back into it has completely changed my life. And a huge thank you to @runyourlife_ for getting me here!! Can’t wait for the next one 🏃🏻‍♀️💫

As I’m getting ready for the NYC Marathon in just a couple of days, I’ve been reflecting on some major wins this training block (and some major tan lines 😆).

A couple weeks ago, I ran the Manhattan Beach hometown 10k for the 3rd year in a row. Except this time, I ran it in the middle of a 20 mile workout 😮‍💨Didn’t quite go as planned because my stomach was unhappy during the warmup, but I ended up getting a PB by a full 4 minutes! Truly wouldn’t have been able to do this last year 🥹

A huge shoutout to @runyourlife_ for everything this training block as we’re going into marathon weekend injury feel and ready to rock 🤘
