Happy 15th to the invincible. The obsession for you is a potential medical condition that we don’t need help for

April brought SO much magic and so many miles, topped off by some BIG spring races for Run Your Life. And we’re not done yet! Whether it was a PR day or just a celebration of a start line, I couldn’t be prouder of the hustle you put in week after week and growth that is unfolding right before my eyes.

Did every one of these athletes have a picture perfect training cycle? No. But as a coach I try to instill in my athletes that every run still serves a purpose- the good, the bad, the fast, the slow. Some feel amazing, some not so much, but it all counts towards something. Coaching for me has never really been about the times anyways. It’s about believing in you enough that you start to believe it too. It’s being the full time hype woman, and maybe part time therapist lol It’s answering late night taper crazy questions or just how much carbs is enough? (spoiler alert, its never too much)

To each of you who let me in on your journey, thank you. The best is yet to come 🥰💕

✨ There’s something magical about friends who lift you up and become your biggest cheerleaders through thick and thin. ✨

As artists, we inspire each other to create, dream big, and push boundaries. When life gets tough, they’re there with a shoulder to lean on, and when it’s time to celebrate, they’re the loudest in the room. 🥳

True friends are the ones who believe in you, even when you doubt yourself, who encourage you to chase your dreams and never give up. They’re the ones who remind you of your worth on the days you forget.

Let’s cherish these incredible friendships, the ones that make the journey beautiful and the hardships bearable. 🌟
