Open class D where I placed second and secured a national qualification! . This was completely unexpected and beyond all my hopes for this show. It was a really hard fough battle for 1 and 2 in this class and in the end the other gentlemen got the nod. . We were tanning together the morning of the show and had a great conversation and knew it was going to be a fun class. I wish I had gotten his IG so I could tag him. . Detailed thoughts on this one... He had me by 15lbs with a smaller waist and a better V taper but my conditioning and detail was a good amount better. In our novice class he got 5th and I got 4th so I edged him out. In our open class, standing next to each other, he ended up taking it. I think it was his vacuum that got me HAHA. I am thankful for the battle and the 2nd place and the fire it lit under me for next time!! . The other highlight of the show was hearing Brandi and My son Josh yell for me when I was announded in second. I heard Josh yell, “That’s my dad” and I just about lost it on stage. The love surrounding me is what makes this all so special! . @ifbbpro_big_tone Coach @centerpodium Promotion @fractured_glass_images Photographer @mjwearboutique Posing Trunks @brandi_jacques91 Fiancé . #fitness #gym #workout #fitnessmotivation #fit #motivation #bodybuilding #training #health #fitfam #healthylifestyle #lifestyle #gymlife #gymmotivation #sport #instagood #healthy #muscle #fitnessmodel #couple #exercise #fitnessjourney #couplegoals #npcathlete #fyp #foryourpage #Bodybuilder #couplefitness #fitnesscouple by @stephen775

Masters Over 35! . This was a tough class because these guys were big with a lot of muscle maturity. Once again I was fighting for most conditioned in the class. I was happy with a 5th place here against such a solid group! . @ifbbpro_big_tone Coach @centerpodium Promotion @fractured_glass_images Photographer @mjwearboutique Posing Trunks @brandi_jacques91 Fiancé . #fitness #gym #workout #fitnessmotivation #fit #motivation #bodybuilding #training #health #fitfam #healthylifestyle #lifestyle #gymlife #gymmotivation #sport #instagood #healthy #muscle #fitnessmodel #couple #exercise #fitnessjourney #couplegoals #npcathlete #fyp #foryourpage #Bodybuilder #couplefitness #fitnesscouple by @stephen775

Novice class B!! . This class had 14 people and was three callouts. Hearing my name for first callout was one of the highlights of the show! . Finishing in 4th was a dream! The judges said I was the most conditioned in the class which moved me ahead of guys who were bigger then me. So, this conditioning with more size is going to have me fighting for the top spot down the road! . @ifbbpro_big_tone Coach @centerpodium Promotion @fractured_glass_images Photographer @mjwearboutique Posing Trunks @brandi_jacques91 Fiancé . #fitness #gym #workout #fitnessmotivation #fit #motivation #bodybuilding #training #health #fitfam #healthylifestyle #lifestyle #gymlife #gymmotivation #sport #instagood #healthy #muscle #fitnessmodel #couple #exercise #fitnessjourney #couplegoals #npcathlete #fyp #foryourpage #Bodybuilder #couplefitness #fitnesscouple by @stephen775

The @mrolympiallc was another unforgettable experience this year, and it was amazing experiencing it with my wife @brandi_coleman91 . I wanted to wrap it up with my personal top five moments. . 1. Seeing my friend @tonio_burton in the first callout and getting top 5! Getting to watch him work in the gym all year and seeing how locked in he was, we knew something special was going to happen and it did 🙌🏼 . 2. @nick_walker39 shutting up all the haters and winning the Olympia. The roof blew off the building. Insane! Also, calling @prodbyprob a friend and seeing him get the job done with Nick 😭 . 3. @onepunchnaz and @calum_teamprocoach getting the job done in classic! Nail has been one of my favorite physiques in classic for years so seeing him get the win was magical. . 4. I’ve been friends with @jeremy_buendia and @kiyron_igm for a few years now. Seeing my guy Kiyron in the mix placing third and @ryanjterry winning his 4th tying Jeremy’s record was awesome! . 5. I don’t generally root against people, but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t ecstatic watching both Derek and Sarah slip down to third place after talking shit all year. That was enjoyable! 🤣 . Honorable mention: watching @samson__dauda absolutely MOG Derek after he was moved out of center mid round! And Derek throwing up a three in his routine before placing third lol . Last one i cant forget! Meeting @sukibtstv very appreciative of everything he does with bodybuilding news. He’s an incredibly hard worker and such a genuine dude. . What a freaking year!!! Until next year… by @stephen775
