"tiny legs man"

the JOY of attempting to become a bodybuilder when your stubby legs hold you back. 😂😂😂

But you keep working hard anyways.

Checking in for tomorrow’s competition. Seeing lots of familiar friends!!! So cool 😎. Relaxing with my sweet princess 👸. Date weekend with psycho me. 🤓😜. So far ahead of last year it’s ridiculous. Finally learning how my body works. Still skinny small compared to most near pro level monsters 👹 but don’t care. Having fun. 🤩. And. Jesus Christ loves us all. Peace and love 💕 to you, dear humans.

Almost there. Practice posing lots so I don’t pass out or cramp. Low carb now. Used a dramatic warm filter here to look more tan like on stage. Entering peak week. We do lots of weird stuff to get skin tight and then carb load last 36 hours to fill muscles 💪🏽 with glycogen to look 👀 big and full = more muscular while being lighter w body fat.

Videos taken 9 hours after previous post, same day, three low carb meals in, pretty 🤩 boy workout 🏋️‍♂️ (calves, abs, arms). Pump and food makes you look bigger. Later on after next high carb day you can compare to see how much difference that makes. All part of the game to look perfect on stage for about 5 minutes split between morning and evening at @centerpodium Tahoe Show in 3 weeks. The gym is my fun recess from stress and 💩 that happens in life. It also helps me be a better husband, dad, pastor. Love to all. You can get stronger and healthier… especially without big pharma and big food poisoning us.

🚨Stop Self Sabotaging🚨#bodybuilding
I had taken so many “L”s the past few years that I became bosom buddies to Negativity and Failure…

The truth is, I became afraid of success.

So I had to go back to where I felt like a winner; my faith!

I started winning again when I became friends with Redemption. With Love. With Peace!

My faith in GOD reminded me that I’m Redeemed; That I’m Beloved! That I’m a Winner!
