They told me it was overpriced and good luck with the apprasial.

$980,000.....approved in apprasial yesterday.

As I wait for the doubters to respond, I am left with this quote from the Joker; "If you are good at something, never do it for free."

My client told me that if I make it through apprasial then I would definately earn my compensation. I was confident with my pricing from the start. The Compass CMA tool is my secret weapon in taking my market experience and the data in the MLS to make the right adjustments to perfect our pricing strategy. Yesterday was another reminder of how important the details are in this market.
