What an incredible night. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the holidays with us. It meant a lot to see a full room of neighbors, small business owners, and longtime community leaders who care so deeply about the future of District 2.

I am especially grateful to Mayor Daniel Lurie for joining us and for his partnership as we work to build a safer, cleaner, and more welcoming city for families.

Here is to an exciting year ahead. Thank you for your support and for being part of this team. taken in Mauna Loa by @stephensherrill

The election for District 2 Supervisor is in June 2026, and I’m running to keep serving our community.

This campaign is powered by the people who make our neighborhoods great: small business owners, neighborhood association leaders, and community advocates who know San Francisco best.

Their support means everything. It shows this a campaign for the neighborhoods, from the neighborhoods. by @stephensherrill

We need more funding for affordable housing in San Francisco and in District 2.

Rebecca Foster, CEO of the SF Housing Accelerator Fund joined me to explain how Prop C does just that.

Prop C will increase the City’s investment in our Housing Trust Fund from $50M a year to $125M a year to acquire, construct, and rehabilitate more permanently affordable homes.

The San Francisco Young Democrats agree: vote Yes on Prop C.

@sfyoungdems Co-President Andrea Gallardo joined me to share her perspective on why it’s important for to vote Yes on Prop C.

Prop C will increase the City’s investment in our Housing Trust Fund from $50M a year to $125M a year to construct, preserve, and acquire more permanently affordable apartments to be rented to San Franciscans.

Prop C will help today’s young people can stay, grow, and thrive in SF across generations.

Supervisor Myrna Melgar @myrnamelgard7 (who represents the westside of San Francisco) joined me to discuss why it’s important for to vote Yes on Prop C.

Prop C will increase the City’s investment in its Housing Trust Fund, which funds below-market-rate home construction, preservation, and acquisition.

Today, the City puts $50.8M into the Housing Trust Fund every year. This measure would increase that yearly contribution starting in 2028 until it hits $125M per year as the City’s tax base grows.

This is a way for San Francisco to build more homes without increasing our taxes.

Who better to talk about how City Hall spends your money than the person who oversaw its finances for years?

On this ballot breakdown, former City Controller Ben Rosenfield joined me to discuss Props E & F on the upcoming November ballot.

Prop E will save money by bringing clear accountability to how the City awards contracts. Prop F will cut through red tape so San Franciscans get faster city services and permitting.

Don’t park in anyone’s driveway this weekend.

We worked with the SFMTA to have tow trucks staged across the Marina to quickly dispatch to any vehicles parked illegally.

If a car is blocking your driveway, submit a request through the 311 app and you should expect a resolution within 60 minutes. taken in San Francisco, California by @stephensherrill

Let’s clean up City Hall together.

On this edition of our ballot breakdown, Mayor @danielluriesf joined me to discuss why you should vote yes on Props D, E, & F.

These three measures will demand transparency at the ballot box, end corrupt contracting practices, and allow even faster city services and permitting.

Today at the Board, we:

1) Approved a 45 day moratorium on the construction of new data centers in San Francisco. This moratorium will allow the Planning Department to create definitions of different types of data centers and their impact on the neighborhoods so that we may best utilize San Francisco’s 49 square miles of land.

2) Got ready for Fleet Week! I’ll see you out on the Marina Green on Saturday for the Blue Angels flyover at 3pm.

Two other really fun events include: Saturday’s Block Party in the Marina along Steiner St between 3 and 9pm and the Army’s Woodwind Quintet performing in Tunnel Top Park on Friday at noon.

Check the link in my bio for a full list of Fleet Week events, and whatever you do - don’t park in someone’s driveway! taken in San Francisco City Hall by @stephensherrill
