I’m beyond grateful to have the support of the majority of the S.F. Board of Supervisors and of S.F.’s delegation to the California Legislature. This campaign is about delivering for this community, and I look forward to working with each of these leaders for years to come.

🎾 We asked the neighborhood what they think of the new courts.

You’ll see. 👀

The two east courts at Alta Plaza reopened last weekend after a full resurfacing — done in under two weeks.
Funded entirely by grants from @sffsr and Friends of Alta Plaza Park, gifted to SF Rec & Park. No City dollars. Neighbors paid for this, which is why we wanted neighbors to tell you about it.
Founded by five moms in 2002. Still volunteer-run. Still raising for the courts.

If this is your court, help us finish the campaign

Congratulations to our 2026 Good Neighbor Award Winners from the Marina! 🏆👏

The winner lists are also posted at sfgoodneighborweek.org :) Let us know if we missed any names or miscategorized any winners-- it's been a manual process this year and we are still updating the list as we contact the winners from a sometimes hard-to-identify or hard-to-reach nomination. :)

Note that this year we're posting first names and last initials of Good Neighbor Award Winners, as an extra precaution to protect privacy of San Francisco residents.

Last month I was honored to be voted to the board of the Presidio Heights Neighborhood Association (PHAN). 🏡

@phan_sf engages in neighborhood matters—from transportation to quality of life issues to new development. Have a neighborhood concern or question? Please send it our way! Happy to point you in the right direction to get it addressed - and, if appropriate, I can share it in our newsletter so that others will benefit.

Thank you to @danielluriesf, @stephensherrill and the Prado Group for being special guests at our annual meeting. It was a packed house.

And thanks Andrew Homan for the nomination! Look forward to collaborating this next year along with a great group of people and friends - @kdurwyn Jodi Klein @lanier.coles @janyanehiro & Bruce McKleroy.

PS I look very happy to have the mic! 😊

WEEKEND RECAP: we spent Saturday with small businesses in the Mission and Sunday in North Beach with neighbors. Thank you to all the volunteers, families, elected officials, and candidates who came out for D, E, & F this weekend!

Another day, another alarming warning that adding more turf to our park will only lead to dangerous and miserable outcomes for users and the community. We are desperately pleading to @sfrecpark @sfgiants @chyannechensf and the rest of the SF Board of Supervisors to PLEASE use real grass in the renovation. We support the renovation, we just do not want more plastic and less trees. We can have a beautiful new park with improved baseball fields, while ALSO keeping real grass and protecting our beautiful park. Do the right thing. #begging #pleading #sports #youthsports #littleleague
