Ending the weekend right ✨

We spent the day in the mountains, riding bikes, soaking up the sun and ending with a little taco picnic.

A little bit of everything. ✨

We headed into the Sequoia National Park for some camping, trail work and some mtbing. Each year Lowelifes RCC makes a trip out to the Sequoias in the summer to help out where we can since we take a break from the heat in LA.

Camping, views, sunsets, MTB, shuttles, hikes, swims, bomb food, painting, warfare with squirrels lol 🤣 Good long weekend.

Coaster Brake Challenge #36 heat 3

I missed last week's by a few minutes and couldn't find them haha so the third heat was the best one to start on, The Beast climb. It was a pretty tough climb on a single speed, I probably gave up like four times lol.

My hub got too hot and steamy on the way down and I had to let it cool down lol Thanks Eric for stealing my hub cooler lol

Anyways it was a lot of fun and can't wait for the last one.

2026 Swift Campout ☀️

This year's campout was a tiny group but a big adventure. Riding directly from my front door is one of my favorite things to do so I had to do that this year.

Bikepacking with views, good company, fun single track, swimming, painting, camping, enchiladas, and bomb breakfast.

2 Days, 40 miles, and 6k Elevation gain.

Another year in the books✨

Just a little older, maybe a little slower but excited for another year filled with beautiful places, hard bike tours, flowers, critters and hanging out with amazing people.

Cheers to another year 🍻. Looking forward to more bikes, more camping, and exploring new places 🙏

Small collection of 34 in a nutshell.

Bikes, swimming, camping, trail work ✨

Another successful weekend with @lowelifesrcc. We've been working on restoring the Gabrielino, there's lots of tread work and trees down that were slowly working through.

We had two different saw crews working from the top and one from the bottom and the fact that they never met tells more! I got some time on the saw and what's even more rad is we have two other badass ladies killing it on the saw crew.

And Dinner on Saturday was a cherry on top, spaghetti and homemade meat balls with cheese cake on the side ✨

Until the next programming.

Dreaming about this place ✨

Here's the bike tour in video form, showing all the good times and none of the bad. Missed all the beautiful meals and snacks so that you'll have to imagine. Get outside and go on an adventure and soak up some sun. 🧡

Another bike tour for the books 📚

We've explored and done a tour here before but with three days and two nights we had to get a little bit more spicy. Yes, my body hurts but it was so worth it.

We filled our days with single track in tall grass, hoping you're on trail, a few tumbles, constantly checking for ticks, amazing meals👌just a little taste of the oasis.

Waking up to pigs squealing, turkeys turkeying and all the cool birds, bugs and froggos. Got a couple little art seshys in, twas good.

Our last day we had to end with a bang, single track fully loaded just hits a little differently ✨ And got to meet the sweetest bar cat.

Trailwork weekend with @lowelifesrcc

We headed back into idlehour and continued our work restoring this little gem of a trail after the Eaton fire and storms.

Day one is the longest day as we pack up for a tough climb and hike a bike and then the beautiful ride down into idlehour campground. Once everyone has settled in we hike back up to areas that need the love and just trying to make them as sustainable as possible to avoid future erosions.

We had a small crew but mighty, every time you hiked back you'd see how far and amazing all the work everyone did. But with all the hard work we were also rewarded with a dip in cold water to refresh us and reset our bodies for the following work day.

Thanks to all the volunteers putting in all the work and for the killers bringing in the dinner supplies so everyone can have cold drinks and tacos. ✨

These trails are still closed to the public.
