Friendly reminder to not get caught up in this Strava overview. A lot is untold in this simple overlay. I love seeing people post their stats! Be proud and keep showing up! @strava by @stephsruns

Mile 22 ✨his support was everything I needed. Usually we run the same marathons. However this year I ran Chicago on my own. I think runners make the best spectators. He knew exactly what I needed 🤍 @chimarathon

Becoming a mom didn’t change my goals, just changed the way I make them happen. Proud of the mommas who are putting in the work despite the challenges. by @stephsruns

Its my me time. My recharge, my challenge, my safe place. My joy and peace. Last year I caught myself saying I would never be as fast as I once was, referring to myself as a mother runner. And yet here I am, stronger and faster than I have ever been 🫶🏼 #motherrunner by @stephsruns
