10am blast for this morning’s Doomslayers in the Outwood BoFit class.
What a community we have here!
Everyone supporting each other to be the best version of themselves.
It’s great to be a part of and an inspiration to see how much these guys want it.
Each season throws up a few surprises and Season 6 is no different.

What a great leg session it was today and another huge step on my recovery from recent hernia surgery.
I know I am going to have serious DOMS tomorrow as I haven’t pushed myself on quads for a long time.
This was only one step and I have to keep backing this up.
It helps when you have a training partner like @hannah__flanagan
I push her limits and she responds everytime 💪💯
We are turning the heat up 🔥
Today’s session:
10mins incline treadmill
5 x leg extension warm ups
3 x 15+15 leg extension drop sets
4 x 15 deep hack squats (feet together)
3 x 15 leg press
2 x 8 reverse lunges on smiths machine
2 x 15 calf raises (feet pointing in)
2 x 15 calf raises (feet pointing out)

This mornings exclusive #Doomslayer class was a good one.
These guys are coming up to complete the first 2 weeks of their 8 week #bodytransformation program.
Each guided by one of the @bofitfam #coaches and it’s great to see the comradery and support everyone has to each other.
The Doomslayer programs create families and long term friendships by sharing in the same #transformation goals.
It’s a #competition but you wouldn’t think so.
Everyone at different fitness levels but pushing to be the best version of themselves.
What an inspiration to all 💪💯 taken in BoFit by @stetops

Some video snippets from yesterday’s training session with Amelia.
Always a fun session as she does make me smile but at the same we get the graft done 💪💯
She is keeping in great shape through summer whilst having a few well earned holidays.
These snippets are not all the exercises we did but seeing Amelia looking so good I had to film some footage.
I am still phasing myself back into training after minor surgery so have been a bit lazy with my filming but I will get back into the groove now my training is picking up!
