In June/July 2023, I was fortunate enough to travel to Hungary for @humblebeefilms to film the behind-the-scenes for the #Airborne mayfly sequence alongside a wonderful crew of @simonlewis.info @benji_cherry , Sally Cryer and an amazing local team of #mayfly experts and guides Bela, Laci and Zoli 🇭🇺🪰

We had an extraordinary experience sailing along the #Tisza river and witnessing this fantastic mesmerising spectacle. Stormy weather, river bank access, having the right equipment for the job and being in the right place a the right time were all challenges to overcome, which made witnessing the emergence even more special!

It was brilliant to spend a week amongst the trees back in October doing the BCAP course with @jamesaldred1 🌳🍂 After a few shoots with James, I thought it’s about time I learn more!

Lots of fun learning to identify UK species and how to climb them safely. I’d highly recommend!! 🌿🍃 thanks to @uk_screenskills for the funding!

I had an epic couple of dives at Lundy Island with @easydiversnorthdevon @lundydiving 🦭🤿🦞🌊

The seals were so friendly and calm…. It was also my first time diving in the UK, I was so impressed to see so much colour and life in the British waters, need to go back asap!

I spent 3 weeks (and my 30th b’day!) in the Cambodian jungle filming #gibbons for #SecretWorldofSound 🌿 Drone operating, sound recording and 2nd cam/cam assisting.

It was amazing to see and hear these awesome apes in their natural habitat, alongside @jamesaldred1 @helenjdrew & Gemma Brandt. Episode 2 on this eve! 🎥
