Chiropractic care has been a life saver for me for several decades. I won't repeat what I said in the video, but I will tell you that if you're active daily, and demand a lot of out of your body, you would be doing yourself a major service by going to see a great Chiropractor like @tysonterry1 if you're in the Idaho or Washington area, Dr Wiersma if you're in the Michigan or Indiana area. These two men have kept me going in top gear and I know they would do the same for you! by @steven_dahn_

A day in the life. I don't call some else to:

Do the work
Fix it
Figure out the problem
Motivate me to get up early no matter how I feel

Shits gotta get done. End of story. I'm helping a friend get enough firewood so he can make it through the winter and so many important projects have taken pre ious time. Now it's time to catch up. Between this and a new roof on his house, the days have been long.

"lil Betty" I'd happy to be on the team. LB will be giving "Ole Black Betty" a bit of a rest for a while.

From our chat earlier today, she likes long romps though the backwoods, beach rides, being on that trailer, OG gangster rap, and strong coffee in the morning.

Take a minute and give this amazing woman, mother, sister, fantastic human a big happy birthday today! Welcome to your 40s!

Even though you're my "little sister" I've looked up to you for most of my life. You're not only beautiful inside and out, but you're one of the smartest most capable people I've ever known. You're kind and an ass kicker all in one.

You've raised three of the best little humans possible, you show up every single time no questions asked, and you quietly lead from the front. The world needs you, and I'm so damn proud of you!

The most amazing woman I've ever known, she's always been there for anyone she cares about, and even though she doesn't even know. She's always put everyone before herself, she has a heart with no limit limits.

I'm the luckiest person alive to have the mom that I have. She's taught me so much, since the time I was little, she's allowed me to bump my head. Make mistakes screw things up and then I helped me find the right way to do things. I owe you everything. I love you so much.

I grew up using my hands to create. I got away from them a little bit when I was in athletics through my mid 20s, then right back into it. Things in life come and go, and we know what we need to be happy, but sometimes we cover it up with other things. This makes me happy, regardless of the paycheck, regardless of the heat, knowing how capable I am can't be replaced by anything. by @steven_dahn_
