“ You bought a sitar to punish your ma”…. lol. I’d always wanted to check out a sitar. Can you name the flaming lips song? by @stevendrozd

Happy fun Monday everybody! Seriously I will give $100 to anyone that can name the sample here. The high-pitched synth sound. Hundred bucks to anyone that can name what that is. by @stevendrozd

Hey! I did a cover of AC/DC‘s “Let There Be Rock”, with different lyrics. Beware of the strobe light! Expertly and lovingly mixed and vibed by Eric Slick. @strangeamerica Happy Friday! by @stevendrozd

This cover of a cover has been a favorite of mine since 1991. Written by Seam and covered by Codeine on the Frigid Stars LP, I’ve always wanted to do a version of it. So I took yesterday and today to make this. Happy New Year’s to everyone! Looking forward to new original music, and some covers in the near future.

Samples courtesy of Codeine, Spaceman 3 and Gustav Mahler. by @stevendrozd

I’m trying to get a hold of Lætitia Sadier from @stereolabgroop to sing some vocals on this track. As you can hear, I’ve attempted a pretty blatant soundalike of her wonderful voice. Lætitia, what do you think? And yes, that’s Rick Wakeman and William Burroughs hanging out. by @stevendrozd
