I was searching for “green” apartment buildings for sale, as I’m looking to add some environmentally friendly investments to my portfolio and I came across this.... not exactly the Modern version of a green structure that I was thinking of, but it’s green” none the less... I bet it keeps the tenants cool in the summer... what do you guys think? #greeninvestment #investing #realestateinvesting #greenbuilding #apartmentsforsale by @stevenspropertymanagement

Frozen Pipes...... need I say more... This message is for all the #landlord and #investors out there that own a property and dont have a #property #management #company This picture is why it's important to have your #homes #inspected regularly if your not at your home or if its #vacant, between #tennants...etc... We were able to catch this faucet leak in a short amount of time. It had its valve break and leak into this very well insulated shed that houses close to 50k worth of state of the art pool equipment. With out our regular inspections of this premise this could have been disastrous.
It goes to show you that the management fees, that may seem like alot at the time, are absolutely nothing compared to the repair bill's that the broken water pipe, running for days inside your home or pool house can do... The cost of doing #business is worth its weight in gold!

Friday shout out of appreciation to this guy. @mnekrak25 heads-up our residential and commercial property management division. Overseeing 150 units, Marty works tirelessly for our owners, their properties and our tenants. Our landlords love him - and we don't think he's so bad either! by @stevenspropertymanagement
