The kids and I enjoying/exploring our new summer home ♥️ Thank you @stevensrealtygroup for finding us the sweetest temporary home. It’s better than we could have ever imagined. Beautiful house, fully furnished, nestled in the woods and minutes from some of our favorite hiking trails. Special thanks to @lindsayeileenstevens and @mnekrak25 🙏 While we navigated everything on the front end after losing our house to the fire, they worked endlessly behind the scenes to make sure the transition into our new home was a seamless one. They were there every step of the way and didn’t stop until they found us the perfect home 🏡 Thank you!! Thank you!!! #simplythebest #thankyou #newhome #home #rebuild #summer #family #allsmiles #explore #adventure

Have you ever wondered what people would say about you if you weren't around? #TestimonialTuesday with my good friend and videographer @wemokm was a #journey to find out. I am filled with #gratitude every day for the people I get to meet along the way, not just in the process to buy and sell real estate, but in the invitation to become part of their life, their family, their struggles. Real estate is raw at times. You help navigate people through great times and sometimes not so great times. They need you for more than negotiations. Sometimes they need you to stand tall, to breathe, to understand things a little better, to leave their ego at the door, to know when to take the deal and ultimately to trust you. I met Petra and Michael about 4 ye ars prior at an open house that I was hosting for another client. We had hired a young kid at the college to plaster the town with open house flyers - every light post, every restaurant, every public restroom. I think he put out about 1,000 flyers over 3-days. They had no interest in #buying or #selling real estate at the time, but I remember Petra telling me they had to come meet the agents who covered #NewPaltz, #NewYork. 1,460 days later they became sellers.

Anyone that ever says #realestate is easy, likely has never bought or sold a property. Or maybe you just got really lucky! Who you have steering the ship through rocky waters is everything. Whether it is during a recession, a booming real estate market, or a pandemic, never lose sight of why you do what you do. The paycheck is nice, but the life-long relationships with people are invaluable. Most of my life as a runner has been dedicated to staring down finish lines. That is always where I know I have to end up. Together, we get there. Overwhelming love and gratitude to these unbelievable clients (and all of you).

We have been entrenched in our business over the last three weeks. My mind is ultra focused on how to level up - how to achieve bigger things for our team and our business, and what we need to do to take us to the next level. They say if you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room. I couldn’t agree with that statement more. It is so important to align yourself with people who are going to elevate you upwards, not just in business but in your personal life too. I am grateful for the time to sift through trainings, “meet” unbelievable real estate professionals and learn amazing resources during this shelter. It has opened my mind to huge opportunities that I am so pumped up for! Join our team and grind with us!🔥

This one made us sweat to the bitter end! #CLOSING today in the most innovative virtual way humanly possible. #Congratulations to an unbelievable team effort by both brokers, the seriously top-notch attorneys who hustled and raced the clock from Friday to present, the super calm buyers and our tremendous, strong and patient sellers who chased their dreams to Hilton Head Island Beach,South Carolina State. March 23, 2020 was the day real estate brokers were prohibited from practicing real estate, but we still got the deal done. It takes a Village. Don't forget it.. #SOLD
