I tried something TOTALLY NEW in my stand-up show last week. I've always been into impressions, and I finally gave myself a chance to fit it into a set. Some of the ones I presented here still need cleaning up, and I should probably have the background music on a tad lower next time. But this was still a fun experiment to perform and learn from.

The set I performed at my comedy show a couple of weeks ago, my first show that wasn't an open mic, a great host, a great headliner, and a class reunion for the ages performing with #secondcity friends. #standup #comedy taken in Real Jerk Legacy by @stevevani

My #dog crossed the Rainbow Bridge yesterday morning after 13 years of life. To say this has been a hard weekend is an understatement. Every pet owner understands this moment is an eventuality, and I started dreading it. My family and I had a scare in January, and good medicine saved her a couple more months. But when it's your time, it's your time. She started checking out mentally a week or two ago. Thank you Gracie for being the best girl in the world.🐕🌹👼 by @stevevani

It's @awkwardadamcomedy's #birthday weekend. I don't think he's THAT awkward.

A month ago at a PWYC comedy evening, one patron at this venue stole the show without even speaking at the mic. Luba was great crowd work practice for me and my fellow comics.
