[BMR-009] Stevy Lab - “Beyond The Kairos Veil” out now at the link in our bio. 🔗
——————————————————
Our ninth release marks the debut of Brussels’ Stevy Lab on Body Method, a four-track EP built on 90s dance music instincts and modern construction.

“Spectral Drift” weaves drum breaks through cybernetic, atmospheric techno, while “Crawling Mist” digs into heavier, industrial territory. “Glimmer of Fury” floats in the opposite direction with trance-leaning warmth, and “Frenetic Metrics” pulls the whole EP’s atmosphere together into something more direct.

Three remixes round out the release; Cades sends “Crawling Mist” through dub and ragga before detonating into jungle and breakcore. Matilda reworks “Frenetic Metrics” into a slow-burning, atmospheric groove. Roiju abstracts the same track further, pulling loosely from footwork and dembow into darker territory.

The title of the project draws from kairos, the idea of the “right moment,” and the record moves through what’s on the other side of that pressure: the freedom of stepping outside the weight of every choice feeling permanent. It’s a record about crossing thresholds without fear of what’s on the other side.

We are excited to announce that after three cozy editions we are bringing Resonant Tides to center of Brussels for the first time.

The concept stays the same, we asked our friends to bring their non-dance selections for everyone to enjoy.

We’ll be playing nine hours of ambient / downtempo / trip hop at House of Growfunding on the 27th of September.

Doors open at noon, we’re providing food for everyone and we’ll conclude the night at 9pm.

Location is House of Growfunding, Bd Anspach 178, 1000 Bruxelles.

Reserve your spot online for free, capacity caped at 50 to maintain a cozy atmosphere.

Line up: Camiflage, eclettica, Jana Joanna, Sarah Wanita, Stevy Lab, Thojo
