Day in the life of a strength and conditioning coach 4:45am on my car ride to the facility to 8:30 pm tucking the kids in for bed . I love this job and the opportunity it gives me to pour into others. This job comes with long days and this job isn’t for everyone but it is certainly for me. Thankful for all members of the m3 community .❤️

Your kids shouldn’t be the reason you DON’T work out. They should be the reason you DO.

I hear it all the time:
“Man, I’d love to train… but the kids.”

And I get it. Life gets busy. Work, practices, school, family there’s always something. But your health can’t always be the thing that gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

Your kids are watching more than they’re listening.

They watch how you take care of yourself.
They watch how you handle stress.
They watch what you eat.
They watch whether you keep promises to yourself.

Being strong isn’t about six-packs or being the biggest guy in the room.

It’s about having energy after work.
It’s about getting on the floor and playing with your kids.
It’s about being healthy enough to show up every day.
It’s about setting a standard.

Your kids deserve to grow up seeing what taking care of yourself looks like.

And dads this one’s especially for you:
Your family doesn’t need perfection. They need your presence. They need your leadership. They need your health.

August 2024 I started attending SHORELINE with Saleena had no faith in God and I thought attending church was a waste of time. But the more I sat in the chair and absorbed what Pastor Eric said every week and having conversations with spiritual friends and diving into the word and walking, my walk with the Lord has led me to this. January 2025 I pray for God to show me his truth and show me the way. That year he showed me true love and blessing by getting engaged to my fiancé and bringing in two beautiful healthy babies into this world. I can’t think Shoreline and Pastor Eric enough for everything you guys have done for me for the past two years so ready to keep walking in this journey. taken in Shoreline Church by @stick_10_

2025 is a year I won’t forget. This year blessed me in ways that I only thought I could dream about. This year We brought two beautiful human beings into this world they’re beautiful mother said yes to marrying me. I have grown to be a true professional at work and make sure that every day I lay my head on the pillow I worked harder than anybody else. I found God this year and I look forward to the working that he does in my life every day. This year, I found love from all my friends when I needed it the most.
