Day in the life of a strength and conditioning coach 4:45am on my car ride to the facility to 8:30 pm tucking the kids in for bed . I love this job and the opportunity it gives me to pour into others. This job comes with long days and this job isn’t for everyone but it is certainly for me. Thankful for all members of the m3 community .❤️

The path of consistency is not always the easiest. But I understand the value in what staying consistent does for me. I’m human just like you guys are some days as I struggle to get my sessions in, but I’ve made it a nonnegotiable. So no matter what time the work has to be done so that results in a day like today where I’m going from 4:30 AM being a coach to midday being a dad of twins and coaching all night until 7pm. But I think it’s one of them things where you can choose your hard in life. It’s hard to get up early and work hard every day and make sure you get your lift and your protein in. It’s also really hard being fat out of shape and not able to keep up with life because you’re too tired all the time, pick your hard I’ve picked mine. #strength #m3 #physicalpreparation #niceville #fortwaltonbeach #850strong #destin #workharder #fortwaltonbeachstrength #strengthtraining #850

Your kids shouldn’t be the reason you DON’T work out. They should be the reason you DO.

I hear it all the time:
“Man, I’d love to train… but the kids.”

And I get it. Life gets busy. Work, practices, school, family there’s always something. But your health can’t always be the thing that gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

Your kids are watching more than they’re listening.

They watch how you take care of yourself.
They watch how you handle stress.
They watch what you eat.
They watch whether you keep promises to yourself.

Being strong isn’t about six-packs or being the biggest guy in the room.

It’s about having energy after work.
It’s about getting on the floor and playing with your kids.
It’s about being healthy enough to show up every day.
It’s about setting a standard.

Your kids deserve to grow up seeing what taking care of yourself looks like.

And dads this one’s especially for you:
Your family doesn’t need perfection. They need your presence. They need your leadership. They need your health.

Take care of yourself so you can keep showing up for the people who matter most.

Get stronger.
Move more.
Lead from the front. #strength #m3 #physicalpreparation #destin #fortwaltonbeach #niceville #850strong #workharder #strengthtraining #getstronger #bealeadernotafollower #strongparents

A huge congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Yates 🫶
It was such an honor to stand by the both of you on your special day. To spilled drinks, sentimental speeches, Wipe Me Down, the after parties, & the hottest hotel to ever exist 🥂
I don’t think anyone’s wedding could ever top this one. 🙏🤍

🔥1st Team Training of 2025⚔️

“Ninety-nine percent of failures come from people who make excuses.” ― George Washington

At the core of M3 we hold a set of core values, two big ones are INTENTION & ATTENTION to detail.

There’s simply no way we can “talk about em”, we gotta “be about em”. #them3effect
