✨New Username✨

When I started this account, it was just me and a revolving door of fosters. Now, it’s more of a place to store memories of Nessarose, the Queen of Sticks (Branch Manager is what her employees are called. She’s far too important for a JOB).

Follow along as we share our adventures with foster scruffs and visiting pups. And of course, our everyday life as two gals in the city. Because it’s lookin a whole lot like I’m stickinwithnessa. taken in Toronto, Ontario by @stickinwithnessa

June as told by Nessa ☀️

1 - new hood new photo ops
2 - paparazzi spotted me with my dad
3 - imagine my surprise when my crate was in this random apartment like wut
4 - new walk route
5 - new walk route 2
6 - watching over my kingdom
7 - so tired from watching over my kingdom
8 - have y’all seen these huge dogs around????
9 - letting mom take pics with me
10 - freaking hate baths
11 - fighting animal testing with @saveourscruff and @lushcosmetics
12 - loooooove backyards
13 - love sticks in backyards even more
14 - don’t tell anyone my mom lets me off leash in parks (only because I am a good girl who comes back)
15 - that time mom wore her embarrassing pilates leggings to my vet appt (I’m fine lady just needs to clean my ears more)

This Costa Rican born pup says thanks Canada for the treats, pets, and sunshine. The snow is fine too (need to talk to someone about the salt in the paws though). by @stickinwithnessa

On the subway after I told someone Nessa was a rescue, I heard them say “how could a dog as cute as that need to be rescued”

Happy Third Gotcha Day to my wild child ❤️

You test me every day, and make me laugh even more.

I love how you can make a game out of anything.

How you bring a toy to anyone who seems sad.

How you’d rather sprint through the woods than do a dog sport.

How you can weasel your way into anyone’s heart.

From the dog who only saw people as a means to food or a game of tug to one who loves nothing more than a good snuggle.

When I first got Nessa she was SO uncuddly. She honestly didn’t even like being pet very much. Over time, she’s become the cuddliest lil monster with her closest humans.

It’s so cool seeing how even the most happy and outgoing dogs change as they settle into their forever home.
