~ Shades of Autumn ~

We are living.
We are evolving.
We are people.

We are the same.
No we aren't.
But sometimes.

When did you happen?
Where did you go?
Are you still there?

Each of us is a collection. Of stories, of experiences, of faded memories. Difficult to find the beginning, even more-so to predict the end.

To understand change and to be aware of growth is to look back every now and then. Past chapters can be analyzed with insight from present story. There is something to be taught in each stage, even if the lesson is not to your favor.

Beware, to stay obsessed with a former chapter while pages are still turning will only result in stagnation. The ideas were already used, the knowledge already learnt, the conversation already spoken.

Would you read the same page forever, without discovering the end?

Huge shoutout to this happy face @autumn__nelson!

Zig Zag 001

For the first time in four years we are all together again. I captured that sublime feeling. The rekindling of the same brains completely transformed by time could not have been more heart warming.

A different country. The first non-English speaking country I had the opportunity to step foot in. I was invisible, I was everywhere. This is bottled magic.

Istanbul is my favorite city thus far. It IS magic. One of the largest cities in the world. An international hub preceded by over a thousand years of culture.

Having two people to trust and our own personal tour guide/translator 😉 was an invaluable asset to our experience. Thank you both!

I am an infant coming into a new world. How do I communicate? Will people want to help me? Who will teach me? Why can't I teach myself?

Do things happen for a reason or do I make reason out of things that happen? Does it matter which is true?

I hope you've all been able to reconnect with people you haven't crossed paths with in a while. Go find the magic! 💫

~This Looks How I Feel~

A current outlook on my inward feelings,
Feeling relieved to be above the glass ceiling,
Frequencies pouring out my being,
Becoming this one is only healing.

When my past was the present I had different lenses,
Collecting snapshots like Tarantino, building suspense.
Never hit the top, always reaching with my Hart,
Start small, grow big, but don't push to restart.

Viewmaster clicking through the stages of life,
Never seperate nor together but when you see the light,
You can begin at all times,
New paradigms,
Designed to
Change humankind.

Please believe it, you are winning,
This time is finite.
Please believe it, you are winning,
This time we're finite.

This also looks how I feel.

Writing feels good. Life feels like a movie most of the time. There is a lot to think about in this new evolution of who I am. My brain is bursting so I've stopped for now to help this stream reach the ocean.

~ Disappear ~

If you cannot see the road ahead
Why do you follow it?
Your path will bear fruit.

Do you trust a map
Made by others?
Your aim is flawless.

If it is certain you will endure
Why do you need guidance?
You are the captain.

Do you need to know
Where the road goes?
You are the maker.

Your mindset matters.

Will an anxious mind change the circumstance?
Will a calm mind change the circumstance?
One will remember life as a way to reconnect with themselves and the reality surrounding them.
And one will be anxious with thoughts on what could have been.

Your mindset matters.

A story is being penned in your head. Always writing and erasing, shaping your perception of what has and will take place. You posses the power of choice.
You choose: what you consume, how you handle change, when to breathe deeply.
You can decide to be concious now or to dwell on the 'what if's.

Your mindset matters.

~ The Flat Tire ~

The frame does not care that the tire is flat.
The seat does not care that the tire is flat.
Even the tire does not worry about it's state.

The passenger, however, should care if the tire is working properly. If one does not care about what happens to the bike - what is the point of having a bike at all?

I have been travelling this beautiful planet for more than 22 years. Almost half of a year now has been spent outside of the country I grew up in. Little did I know, I started manifesting this unconsciously with an instagram post (of the few I do!) last year. I commented something to the tune of "connecting with people across the universe". Let me assure you - the people are everywhere.

When someone asks where my favorite place is I can answer the question, but it does not matter where at so much as with who (or whom - who[m] really knows...let me know). I cannot begin to detail how full my soul has become spending quality time with some of the most incredible people currently walking this planet. Thank you all for somehow crossing paths with me on this short journey we have.

I'm not the best at keeping up with people, back home or otherwise, but I love to catch up with you and WILL eventually respond, so hit me up. 🤗 And if you ever need help fixing your bike - I'll be there in an instant.

I had the opportunity this summer to meet so many people and make lifelong friends. By worrying less about the future and indulging in the present, I realized there is too much in this world to explore. Catch me connecting with beings across the galaxy ✌🏻👽 WI>GA>TN>NC>WA>NY by @stinworldwide
