Grateful for this morning’s beautiful workshop (6:30–8 AM) with an amazing group from Spain 🇪🇸✨

Despite language barriers, the connection was real — through chanting, breath, movement, and smiles.
Gratitude to each one who showed up with open hearts.
Safe travels on your journey through South India — until we meet again 🌍🧘‍♂️

Tagging some of you as collaborators — feel free to join in 🕊️
Let’s keep sharing and growing together.

Grateful to everyone who I met here Vietnam

Think big act small

I can’t thank enough to my dearest sister and brother Kamala and Austin🪷💕👼💕🪷

Welcome to day 2 of the life-transforming program #Innergise - the journey to renew our soul step by step, in the Himalayas. On this day, we soak into the beauties of nature through immersive walks in the wild to the beautiful Duggu waterfall, deepen our understanding and practice of yoga and meditation, rejuvenate through an enchanting sound therapy session, and more. Founder of Param Life (handle) shares words with the participants regarding the benefits of holistic living and how to really integrate it into our lives easily. It was incredible seeing every soul marching on their way to mental, physical, and spiritual transformation.
