Treated myself to a gorgeous bundle of mini skeins from @ruby_and_roses_yarn. 21 gorgeous mini skeins and every one is a little beauty. Now! What shall I do with them. My hands are itching to start something. by @stitcherydo

Seeing the post this morning from @jo_broz set me thinking that somewhere in a box I had started something similar. Well! I found the box and the date on the working diagram says 2009. I am surprised at how organised everything is in there. So! Big question. Do I put it away or do I continue. by @stitcherydo

Three weeks ago today I had open heart surgery to replace a dodgy aortic valve. It is the worst experience but I live to tell the tale. I am home, recuperating and enjoying the gorgeous biscuits and the rest. Stitching is still beyond me although I can knit for a short time. A very big thank you to my family and friends for keeping me going in every way imaginable. X by @stitcherydo

This is my 2nd Pressed Flower Shawl by @savoryknitting Have not shown the first one yet!! I am addicted to knitting these beautiful shawls. Even more pleased with this one as I used up stash. What a fab, fun and most amazing time at @cowslipworkshops with the one and only @msg47. Marg Sampson George is simply the best. The exhibition in the barn was amazing. Full of colour and a quilt to suit all tastes. In addition to Marg Sue Stichbury @calicoandstitch had her beautiful quilts there and extra bonus of colour provided by Karen from @dartmoorflowershed . Not forgetting fabulous quilts from students of Cowslip. Got to say hello to Patrick Grant too. @patrickgrantism Thank you to everyone who made this wonderful exhibition happen ♥️ Great company too. @henhousehomemade @deborahstandfast @thebotanicstitcher and the best hostess Lisa @goodmansleigh .
