In light of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month - It’s important to note that it is okay to talk about what you may be going through. The strongest of men amongst our team are those who allow themselves to be vulnerable and lean on their brothers. Beyond this month, mental health should be an open conversation for all. Call or text 988 at any time for immediate, confidential help. #mensmentalhealthawareness taken in St John's University by @stjohnsrugby
