When friends ask you to show them around your fave local trails so they can sample the rocky goodness of @agreementforest — the answer is a resounding YES!! 🪨💪🚵‍♀️

We explored, sessioned, we conquered. The rocks were dry, the fallen leaves were crispy and weather was #alltimefalltime. Absolutely perfection.

As with any ride at AF, we let go of the features that stumped us, said "not yet!" to some, and gloried in our victories. 💪

Huge smiles for all of us. 12/10. Will def do again! 😎

When your post has a mid-ride existential crisis and decides half-mast is the new golden standard. 🙃

Took the Devinci out yesterday, and partway into the ride, the dropper post cable decided to call it quits. Nothing quite like the instant confusion of a completely floppy lever—followed by the slow realization that you’re stuck riding the rest of the trail in permanent "halfway" limbo. Not quite low enough to shred, not high enough to pedal comfortably.🤣

Anyone else ever had a cable snap at the worst possible moment? Drop your best trailside mechanical fails below so I feel better about my legs burning today.

Nothing beats peak fall colours, perfect weather, and catching up with great friends on incredible singletrack. 🙌🍁🔥

@mikearmstrong73 and I kicked off the trip early with some awesome bonus laps at @huntsvillemountainbike on the drive up, setting the tone for an epic weekend. We arrived in North Bay shortly before @ontrail.mtb, linking up with @ryeguybikes and @momma_bear_bikes for a mini Stoked reunion!

The trails were dialed, the fall foliage was in full peak, and the vibes were unparalleled all weekend long. There were some big wins and big grins on the trails. Kudos to Tim for grinding on his acoustic with us on e-bikes. (We helped where we could!😉)

Huge thanks to Ryan and Michelle for having us—already counting the days before we get together again!

The only thing better than riding on a beautiful fall day is exploring the epic trails of Hidden Valley and Deerhurst. Rocks, drops, jumps, oh my! 🍁🚀

Coach Mike and I had a blast sessioning this network today—the leaves were as much on the ground as they were on the trees, making every line feel like pure autumn magic. Massive shoutout to the local trail crew @huntsvillemountainbike for creating these fun trails! 🍂🚲

Reconciliation isn't a single day on the calendar or a checkbox—it’s an ongoing process of listening, learning, and unlearning.

It is not on Indigenous communities to educate us—it is on us to show up, shut up, and listen. To hold space for their stories, their grief, and their strength.

The path forward requires all of us to stay present, keep learning, and shine a light into the darkness places we can no longer ignore.

Today, I gather to do just that: to listen and to learn. 🧡

Today’s Jumping 101 was absolute magic. We spent the day breaking down the basics, building confidence, and finding that effortless float over every takeoff.

Whether it was getting air under the tires for the first time or dialing in a clean landing, the progression on display today was unreal. Huge shoutout to everyone who showed up ready to push their limits, trust the process, and cheer each other on—the energy in the crew was unbeatable! 🙌✨

What a year it’s been—and we’re not even close to done yet! 🥳🚲✨

I’m so stoked on my progress this season. Pushing my own limits and dialing in new skills on the bike feels incredible, but honestly? Watching our riders at clinics crush their goals, build real confidence, and light up with massive grins... that’s the good stuff.

That high-fiving, level-up energy is what it’s all about. Because when you feel good on the bike, riding is just so much more FUN.

And the best part? Hero dirt season is right here, and there are still so many epic fall laps ahead of us. 🍂🍁
