Nothing beats peak fall colours, perfect weather, and catching up with great friends on incredible singletrack. 🙌🍁🔥

@mikearmstrong73 and I kicked off the trip early with some awesome bonus laps at @huntsvillemountainbike on the drive up, setting the tone for an epic weekend. We arrived in North Bay shortly before @ontrail.mtb, linking up with @ryeguybikes and @momma_bear_bikes for a mini Stoked reunion!

The trails were dialed, the fall foliage was in full peak, and the vibes were unparalleled all weekend long. There were some big wins and big grins on the trails. Kudos to Tim for grinding on his acoustic with us on e-bikes. (We helped where we could!😉)

Huge thanks to Ryan and Michelle for having us—already counting the days before we get together again!

What a year it’s been—and we’re not even close to done yet! 🥳🚲✨

I’m so stoked on my progress this season. Pushing my own limits and dialing in new skills on the bike feels incredible, but honestly? Watching our riders at clinics crush their goals, build real confidence, and light up with massive grins... that’s the good stuff.

That high-fiving, level-up energy is what it’s all about. Because when you feel good on the bike, riding is just so much more FUN.

And the best part? Hero dirt season is right here, and there are still so many epic fall laps ahead of us. 🍂🍁

Drop a 🤘 in the comments with your favorite riding win so far this year! What did you level up? 👇

Strong women, new skills, and plenty of dirt! 🚵‍♀️💪

Loved watching these women push their limits, build confidence, and learn new mountain biking skills with Stoked at Wilderness Tours Bike Park. From conquering new features to cheering each other on, it’s all about getting outside, having fun, and discovering what you’re capable of. 🌲✨

Here’s to more trails, more progression, and more women riding! 🤘

I had a dreamy thought in the middle of the night reflecting on our first Women's MTB Retreat:

"I am an artist. Wilderness Tours is my canvas, my coaches are my brushes, and the guests are the paint. Together, we've created something magical." ✨🎨

Looking back on these four days, that’s truly what it felt like.

We brought together a group of incredible women, paired them with a powerhouse coaching team, and set them loose on the trails. What came out of it wasn't just riding breakthroughs and new skills clicking into place—it was instant community, belly laughs, unwavering support, and an energy that transformed the weekend into a masterpiece.

To our amazing coaches who guide with so much heart, and to every single rider who brought their unique colour, grit, and joy to the canvas: thank you for making this vision come alive in a way I’ll never forget.

Until the next lap! 🤘🚵‍♀️🌲

A women’s mountain bike retreat!? YES PLEASE!

Hosted by @stoked_mtb and designed for bikers at all levels, this retreat was full of kinship, support, technical training, confidence, and of course, some amazing trails.

This was an experience like no other. I’m looking forward to my next training day with @stoked_mtb

We are all adventure sized. Plus size riders and riders.

Shout out to Stoked MTB and Wilderness Tours for an AH-MAZING inaugural women’s mountain bike retreat! It was such an honour to participate and get to know some inspiring and empowering women…and to play bikes with them!

@freewheelcycle_dundas Dirt Girls women’s mtb group changed things up and took to the air at Brantford's bike park.
Air was caught, high-fives thrown, smiles were huge. So fun!

Guardians Of My Mobility. 🛡️🚵‍♀️💪

No, seriously. For the last 11 years, the incredible team at Stott Physio has had the daunting, full-time task of keeping this decrepit bag of meat and bones not just functioning, but actually feeling strong on the bike.💪

Recovery isn't a straight line, but as I navigate my recent shoulder injury, having them in my corner making sure I rebuild properly makes all the difference. They aren’t just a sponsor for StokedMTB—they are the reason I can keep pushing my limits and doing what I love.

It goes way beyond just me and the team, too. Stott Physio supports the entire Dundas community, keeping us moving, healing, and getting back to our passions when life throws us off course.

Massive appreciation to the whole crew for keeping the wheels turning and the body together. You folks are legend. 🙌

Spent the weekend riding and coaching some great humans at Wilderness Tours Bike park with Stoked MTB. What a great place to have our first MTB retreat.

Of course, like all teachers, when the students aren’t looking, we, and our friends, go full send.
