Our booth few weeks ago at the North East Guitar Expo. Despite the rain, falling trees and a power outage it was a good day. Filled with effects pedals, guitars, amps, catching up, and cool finds.

Whole lot of @maskaudioelectronics arrived at the shop!

Black Math: Alec's take on Fran Blanche's take on a NYC fuzz classic.

Neckbrace MKII: A 3 stage OTA phase with Leslie like "ramping," a robotic pseudo ring mod setting and an ultra slow 17 second cycle, and all the syrupy, swirly phase in between.

Little Acorn: Fuzz with no knobs!

Colin from @tastycircuits restored our 1966 Ampeg Gemini VI. He did a lot of work to make this piece of history look and sound it's best. And does it ever. His recommendation to have the vintage D140 speaker repaired was worth it in every respect. And maybe it's because Polka is in my DNA but the Accordian channel is the best sounding of the 4 inputs. Thank you Colin for getting this blue checkered vintage treasure back into action!

Last month we co-hosted an event. We had never done anything like this before. Along with our friends @stompboxsonic, we held the SBS XVII Guitar and Effect Pedal Extravaganza as a way to bring Boston’s community of guitar players, musicians and pedal enthusiasts together with the national community of pedal and instrument builders. Y’all came out in force, and the result was an incredible day of gear, music, performances, and connection. Oh and hugs, lots of hugs.

Thanks to Wendy Schiller (@renascensing) & Ben Stas (@noisefloorphoto) for snapping these terrific photos.

And thanks to everybody who participated in any way! You’re all the best!

Stereo Easy Listening builds on the foundation of the original by adding these key features:

Dual ¼" inputs for true stereo setup
Dual XLR outputs
¼" headphone out for silent shredding
Splits mono input signals into two identical, independent preamps for massive stereo sound
Active three-band EQ (Bass, Middle, Treble)
Aux input for playing along to pre-recorded music
