Everyday I fight for this dream. I love this little shop so much. It’s been my home for longer than I’ve owned my actual house. It’s a weird thing to fall in love with your business, but I’m head over heels and I’ll do everything I can to help her thrive.

Come check her out sometime. We’re open 7 days a week ❤️

Waaaay back in 2017 I had a pop up @lavenaditasac with my clothing line Strapping… that night I completely fell in love with Oak Park.

On the way back to my car that night I saw a “for lease” sign in this cute spot on the corner of 34th & Broadway. Later that week I reached out to @groundedcity and the rest is history.

Thank you for 9 years of love Oak Park. A big piece of my heart will always belong to you.

Happy Valentine’s Day to my true love 💕

LFG @valkyries 🏀 Tonight is a BIG game for our Valks and we will be cheering them on here in Sacramento! Come to our outdoor watch party tonight 6p till end of game.

Grab some food to go from our neighbors @opbrewco @lavenaditasac @bardegasac or @fixinssoulkitchen (you can pre order for pick up) grab a folding chair, a couple homies and head over to the corner of 34th and Broadway.

We will be projecting the game outside of the shop. Bringing a little Ballhalla to Sactown.

I think we’re the funniest shop in Sacramento and because of that sometimes we roast the ones me love. If you take a look at our Sacramento and California tables you’ll notice that we LOVE our city.

You’ll also notice the fun custom things we make to pay homage to our history and unique neighborhoods.

Grabbing a gift for someone who loves Sacrameno (no T) then make sure we’re on your list of shops.

The LONGEST tour of the shop, but there is Sooo much new good stuff in the store and I’m so proud of what @darcieweinberg and I have accomplished these last few months. As always non of its possible without your support. Love ya Sacramento.

We are once again hosting an accessible Wormie World event as a part of this year’s Wormie World! It will take place at @strappingstore which is located at 3405 Broadway Sacramento, CA. It will happen from 9:00am - 10:00am which is one hour before the store opens to the general public. This event is reserved for those in the disability community and is a mask required event. The worms will be located in accessible spots and we just ask that you take one wormie. Susan is so incredible and she is stoked to host this event for the 2nd year in a row!! If you have any questions at all, please feel free to comment or DM me! 🥰🪱❤️

I got to spend a little time with Angela the owner of @plantfoundry while she gave me a tour of her new space on Broadway. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in our own businesses that we forget how healing it is to hang out with another small business owner and chat, dream and commiserate. Check out Plant Foundry’s new spot, there was so much thought and love put into this magical space. #community #smallbusiness by @strappingstore

I feel like this is our new motto! Thanks @mytherapistsays for this gem.

Folks are so afraid of our rainbows and silly name… that’s okay, we’re gonna stay true to our what our silly little gift shop is; just a magical little spot you can laugh loud, have fun and feel safe while people “clutch their pearls” outside.
