Much love and credit to @damienJalet, the original choreographer behind this incredible movement. 🙏🏽

This is for the run culture. 🏃🏽‍♂️

If these videos make one more person lace up, get outside, and go chase some miles, we’re doing our job.

Ran 8 miles to start off our Wedding Anniversary! Was going to post our wedding photos but I feel like this was more appropriate 😂🫶. Feels like we’re closer more than ever, I love you.

Every day you show up to put in the work, it’s a fight.
Some days hit harder than others. But we still get it done. 🏃🏽‍♀️

BRICK WORK. 🧱
69 miles on the bike. Straight into 6 miles on foot.
That’s the brick — teaching the legs to run when they’d rather be done.
Bike legs → run legs. No reset. Just work.

6 miles for 9/11. 🇺🇸
Ran this one with my family.
As a journalist, the story behind The Falling Man has always stayed with me. Almost impossible to look at, but something we should never forget.
We remember. 🇺🇸 #Strava #stravamatic #911 by @stravamatic
