We’re an online fitness community, not just a fitness program.

Whether you’re working out at 5am in your garage, in your living room while your kiddo sleeps, or at the hotel gym while you travel, there’s another SP member somewhere getting after it too.

And when you’re working to change or improve your lifestyle, there is nothing more powerful than not feeling alone.

Why so serious? 🃏

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 “𝗚𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗠” 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲’𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲, 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁.

𝗖𝗢𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗦:
The first 9 minutes are where you and your partner get to set the workload you’ll have to repeat in Part 2! You’ll have 3 minutes at each movement to accumulate as many reps as possible, sharing the work however you’d like. We’re looking for 140-210 combined reps across all three movements. That’ll likely mean somewhere around 50-75 wall balls, 40-60 pull ups, and 50-75 power cleans.

We recommend switching before either partner is totally gassed and using small, repeatable sets to keep the work moving. You might trade 10-15 wall balls, 3-5 pull ups, and 5-8 power cleans at a time. Those numbers DO NOT need to be the same for both partners. Call out your reps as you switch and have the resting partner keep track of your running total so there’s no question about how many you’ll need to repeat.

After the 2-minute rest, you’ll work back through the movements in reverse order, starting with the power cleans and finishing with the wall balls. The goal is to repeat all of your reps in 8-12 minutes, so don’t let those first couple sets get too ambitious. Keep your breaks short, your transitions between partners quick, and work your way back through one manageable set at a time.

Whether you ran a 5k, 10k, or simply challenged yourself to do something hard this past weekend, you conquered your own mountain. We are so proud of the effort you’ve put in and the consistency it took to get there.

It’s truly special to see this community show up, go after their goals, and share their achievements with one another. We get to celebrate these wins together, and that’s what makes this community so wonderful. by @streetparking

10K to celebrate 10 years. Today was the finish line but the hard work started long before that. We are so proud of the training, commitment and everyone who kept showing up.

What a great day with a community that cheers you on through every step.

If you’re looking for a killer workout... stick around.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 “𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡” 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲’𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲, 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁.

Aim to keep each 400 meter run around 2:15 or faster. If your runs are taking much longer, shorten the distance so you both stay on track.

Each time it’s your turn on the devil step ups, aim for 10-16 reps. If you’re falling short, lower the dumbbell weight and/or the box height. No lighter dumbbells? Do single-arm devil step ups and switch arms every 1-2 reps.

Devil step up: burpee with your hands on the dumbbells, stand by deadlifting the weights from the floor, then step onto the box or step. That’s one rep. You’re not required to alternate legs each rep, but we’d definitely recommend spreading the work across both sides over the course of the workout.

I’m a strong believer in just starting. You don’t have to have everything figured out or have the perfect setup to take the first step.

This has been especially true since having little ones.

- there are the interrupted workouts
- workouts after nights of little sleep
- workouts where I’m just moving through it and getting it done

They all count toward a bigger goal, even when they don’t look or feel the way I wanted or hoped for.

Good enough, done often, beats perfect everytime. by @streetparking

Yesterday I missed my morning workout, which meant trying to squeeze it into an already busy day. I had about 15 minutes while dinner was cooking, so I grabbed the time I had, gave it my full effort for 12 minutes, and by the time I was done, dinner was ready. I hope you have the best day and you know what I hope that

I get it. It’s frustrating when the day doesn’t go as planned and you don’t get to do what you wanted. But you can either sit around being frustrated about what you couldn’t do, or figure out what you CAN do with the time you’ve got.

Sometimes that’s only 12 minutes, but last I checked, 12 minutes is still better than zero 🤷🏼‍♀️

All you need for this one is a dumbbell, a little space, and a willingness to get uncomfortable. 🫣

This was Session 1 from our @streetparking Everyday EMOM Extra Program!

12 MIN EMOM
(Every Minute on the Minute for 12 Minutes)

6 Push-Ups
8 Alternating Dumbbell Power Snatches
12 Dumbbell Hop Overs

Suggested Weights:
Men: 40–50 lb DB
Women: 25–35 lb DB

Extra Challenge:
Increase reps to 8 / 12 / 16

Endurance training asks more from your body, so it makes sense that your nutrition might need a little adjustment. But that doesn’t mean overhauling your whole routine. ➡️

Save this for your next endurance session!

On paper, this one is simple. Two movements, a pair of dumbbells and all you need is a little space.

But simple doesn’t mean easy.

Pick dumbbells that make you fight to barely hang onto those thrusters unbroken. Push a pace on the burpees that feels almost unmanageable. Then try to repeat that effort three more times while your rest gets shorter and shorter.

Don’t mistake time for effort. You don’t always need an hour or a complicated workout for it to be effective. Sometimes 15 minutes, a pair of dumbbells and a willingness to FULL SEND is plenty.

4 Sets:

2 Rounds
12 Dumbbell Thrusters
8 Dumbbell Facing Burpees

Rest 3:00 after Set 1
Rest 2:00 after Set 2
Rest 1:00 after Set 3

Suggested Weight:
Men: 40# DBs
Women: 25# DBs

Extra Challenge:
Men: 50# DBs
Women: 35# DBs

Goal: 1:45–3:00 per set

Let me know what you think of that decreased rest after you do this one 🫣 by @streetparking
