Sometimes healing takes time.

After months of love, patience, and dozens of acupuncture sessions with the wonderful @anastasiaagunawan from @wellnessmula , our beautiful Poppy received the greatest gift: she can walk again.

6 months ago this felt impossible. Today it’s reality. Never give up. ✨

💔 Meet Rimbi. An elderly girl whom we just rescued and she desperately needs our help.

Rimbi has a massive lump on her belly. Thankfully, her vitals are good, but the lump needs to be surgically removed.

Despite her age of around 10 years, Rimbi could still have many wonderful years ahead of her. She deserves the chance to live them without carrying this burden.

But we cannot do this alone. 🫶

We urgently need your support to cover the cost of her surgery and give this sweet girl the chance she deserves.

🐾 Please donate towards Rimbi’s surgery. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to getting her the help she needs.

If you cannot donate, please share her story. You never know who might be able to help.

Let’s show Rimbi that she is not alone.

Donate via Link in our bio. 🙏🏽

Adopt, don’t shop!

Every time someone chooses to buy instead of adopt, another rescue dog is still waiting for their chance. 💔

Suddenly, your problems disappear. ✨

Get a dog…and watch your 100 problems disappear in the blink of an eye.

Because dogs don’t worry about yesterday or tomorrow. They simply live in the here and now. There’s no better teacher than a dog.❤️

Agree?

I had the most wonderful time visiting Paws Paradise and spending time with their amazing, loving rescue dogs. 🐾❤️ I brought them some toys and it was so heartwarming to see how excited they were to play and have fun with them.

Every dog was so sweet and full of personality and I loved being able to give them a little attention, love, and happiness. Seeing their tails wagging, watching them play with their new toys and spending time with them was such a special experience. 🥹🐶

These beautiful dogs deserve so much love, care, and a forever home. I’m so grateful to Streetpaws for the incredible work they do to rescue and care for them. ❤️🐾

We care deeply about her, and about so many other strays we look after every single day. 🐾

This young girl is just one of many we desperately wish we could properly rescue and bring to safety at our sanctuary.

But with adoptions at an all-time low and our sanctuary already far beyond capacity, we simply cannot take in every dog who needs us. So for now, the best we can do is visit them, feed them, care for them, and make sure they know they haven’t been forgotten…while they still have to face life on the streets.

And honestly, it breaks our hearts. 💔

Every dog adopted opens up a spot for another dog who desperately needs to be rescued.

If you are ever considering adding a dog to your life, please choose to adopt a rescue rather than buy from a breeder.

Some rescue dogs may need a little more time, patience and love before they learn to trust. But once they do, they give you their whole heart.

And trust us: it’s worth it a million times over. 🩵

BIBI is looking for a home 💕

As a puppy of 3 months young, Bibi found herself fending for herself on the streets. She was terrified, and catching her was quite the challenge. She kept disappearing into the bushes. But eventually, we managed. ❤️

Bibi was most likely unwanted and dumped for one heartbreaking reason: she was born a girl. Sadly, female puppies are still often unwanted and abandoned simply because they are girls. 😢

It’s been almost two years since Bibi came to our sanctuary Paws Paradise. A place where she could heal, slowly build trust with our team, and learn to interact with our visitors.

To this day, Bibi is still a little timid and cautious around humans. We can only imagine that the people she encountered before us weren’t kind to her.

But with the right humans - someone with a warm heart, patience and compassion for a sensitive soul who hasn’t always had it easy - we know Bibi can truly blossom.

We picture her living in a peaceful, more rural or countryside setting, ideally with pawrents who might already have a confident, secure dog who can help show Bibi that the world is a safe place.

She needs pawrents who are experienced with rescue dogs and, most importantly, have the time, patience and space to let her settle in at her own pace. Pawrents who lead with love and let her learn and grow.

We don’t see Bibi in a home with children.

Bibi is fully vaccinated, sterilized and healthy.

If you feel you could give this sensitive little rescue soul the safe, loving and beautiful life she deserves, please reach out to us.
