I had the most wonderful time visiting Paws Paradise and spending time with their amazing, loving rescue dogs. 🐾❤️ I brought them some toys and it was so heartwarming to see how excited they were to play and have fun with them.

Every dog was so sweet and full of personality and I loved being able to give them a little attention, love, and happiness. Seeing their tails wagging, watching them play with their new toys and spending time with them was such a special experience. 🥹🐶

These beautiful dogs deserve so much love, care, and a forever home. I’m so grateful to Streetpaws for the incredible work they do to rescue and care for them. ❤️🐾

BIBI is looking for a home 💕

As a puppy of 3 months young, Bibi found herself fending for herself on the streets. She was terrified, and catching her was quite the challenge. She kept disappearing into the bushes. But eventually, we managed. ❤️

Bibi was most likely unwanted and dumped for one heartbreaking reason: she was born a girl. Sadly, female puppies are still often unwanted and abandoned simply because they are girls. 😢

It’s been almost two years since Bibi came to our sanctuary Paws Paradise. A place where she could heal, slowly build trust with our team, and learn to interact with our visitors.

To this day, Bibi is still a little timid and cautious around humans. We can only imagine that the people she encountered before us weren’t kind to her.

But with the right humans - someone with a warm heart, patience and compassion for a sensitive soul who hasn’t always had it easy - we know Bibi can truly blossom.

We picture her living in a peaceful, more rural or countryside setting, ideally with pawrents who might already have a confident, secure dog who can help show Bibi that the world is a safe place.

She needs pawrents who are experienced with rescue dogs and, most importantly, have the time, patience and space to let her settle in at her own pace. Pawrents who lead with love and let her learn and grow.

We don’t see Bibi in a home with children.

Bibi is fully vaccinated, sterilized and healthy.

If you feel you could give this sensitive little rescue soul the safe, loving and beautiful life she deserves, please reach out to us.

Why adopt and not shop? 🤍
Thinking about becoming a dog mom or dog dad?

Today is Lino’s “birthday” according to his passport and it felt like the perfect moment to say thank you & to celebrate him. 🤍

Adopting Lino in 2020 was one of the greatest gifts. Truly one of the biggest enrichments in my life. Of course having a dog also comes with responsibility but sharing life with him is one of the most beautiful things.

It still amazes me how much love such a little being can give. Lino has taught me so many things especially patience and presence. He brightens my day every single day and I feel so grateful that we decided to adopt him.

Lino is such gentle and easygoing soul. Such a good natured uncomplicated dog. He even became a foster brother to three dogs Cooper, Lily and Millie and also to a cat called Polo. He was always so patient with them and truly seemed to enjoy having all his foster siblings around.

And what a journey he already had…
Rescued in Turkey moving twice to Bahrain moving back to Switzerland and now enjoying his first “holiday” abroad in Portugal.

Seeing his joy for life makes my heart so happy.

If you are thinking about becoming a dog mom, dad or parent I can truly recommend adopting. There are so many beautiful souls waiting for a loving home they deeply deserve.

Thank you thank you thank you @raiseyourpaw.ch and @petsinturkey and @bahrainanimalrescuecentre and @streetpaws.ch for the incredible work you do every single day helping these helpless souls find a better life. You truly are the real heroes and angels.

Much love
Andrea & Lino 🐾🤍

Today on my YouTube during my daily portrait practice we did a 10m drawing of Eli and friends from @streetpaws.ch The second slide is where I ended the stream. Head over to my YouTube to draw together.

Eli and her team are saving and serving stray cats and dogs in Bali, may all beings know such compassion and care.

Who inspires you?

I’m looking for your input on people to draw who inspire a vision of the future we want to bring into being, now and for those to come. For the human and more than human world. There are so many doing so much, helping hold and shape that vision. Care workers, custodians, creatives, activists, teachers, gardeners. If they’re on this platform tag them in the comments or send me a message.

Let’s share stories and strengthen community together throughout this year and beyond.

With love

Dylan

🖤 ADOPT KONA 🖤

When we rescued Kona from a busy main road in January 2025, she was just a 3-month-old puppy. Malnourished and alone in such a dangerous spot, she wouldn’t have survived much longer on her own.

Our beautiful pitch-black Kona - jup, there’s not a single white hair on her body - might be part Labrador. She is the perfect balance of playful and calm, loving with all humans and dogs alike. Kona shows no signs of trauma, but as with all rescue dogs, patience and gentle introductions are key. She had a rough start in life, but luckily, we were able to bring her to safety in time.

Kona’s favorite things? Eating bananas, rolling on her back, playing with toys and friends, cuddling with humans, and, of course, long walkies!

She does have a little special need: Kona was born with an open palate and has a small hole. We tried surgery, but it reopened. Thankfully, it doesn’t stop her from living a happy life. A little daily care after meals keeps her comfortable and healthy (cleaning out the hole from potential food that got stuck).

A teeny-tiny bit of special-needs pup with a heart full of love, Kona is looking for her forever family. 🏡 Did she touch your heart? DM us to meet her! 💕
